Abstract

A high-strength double-strand electric heating wire winding device and a use method, comprising a fixed rod, a winding sleeve, a winding rod, a rotating disc, a torque rod and a counterweight, one end of the fixed rod passes through a pie-shaped processing part and winds the electric heating wire, the other end of the fixed rod is inserted into the lower end of the winding sleeve, the upper end of the lower end of the winding sleeve is connected with the winding rod, the other end of the winding rod is connected with the rotating disc, the torque rod is inserted into the outer wall of the rotating disc, the rotating disc is provided with a steering control mechanism, and the upper end surface of the rotating disc is inserted with the counterweight; the application can effectively solve the problems of insufficient winding space of double-strand electric heating wire, high strength and hardness of the electric heating wire and high size precision.
