An anti-aging window curtain production device and method

Abstract

The application discloses an anti-aging curtain production device and method, which comprises a rotating disc, a spraying cylinder and a foreign matter removing cylinder, and further comprises a plastic wrapping machine and a cooling cylinder; the spraying cylinder, the foreign matter removing cylinder, the plastic wrapping machine and the cooling cylinder are sequentially arranged on one side of the rotating disc; the centers of the rotating disc, the spraying cylinder, the foreign matter removing cylinder, the plastic wrapping machine and the cooling cylinder are located on the same horizontal line; equidistantly arranged on the back of the rotating disc are pay-off wheels; a wire arranging hole is formed on the rotating disc and located on one side of the pay-off wheels; equidistantly arranged on the inner wall of the channel of the spraying cylinder are spraying heads; equidistantly arranged on the inner wall of the channel of the foreign matter removing cylinder are air outlets; and the inlet and outlet wire ports of the plastic wrapping machine are both provided with material control wire guide heads through flanges. The mechanical properties of the whole fabric are optimized, and the fabric has good wear resistance and anti-aging performance; the removal of the floating wool of the yarn raw material body and the fiber fluff with poor connection performance can greatly increase the mechanical properties of the fiber material body.
