A high-precision dimensional control nickel electroforming method and its product

Abstract

The present application belongs to the field of packaging printing nickel plate manufacturing, and discloses a high-precision size control nickel plate electroforming method, which comprises the following steps: setting the horizontal height of the upper inner corner line of a nickel plate master as close to the highest liquid level filled with nickel beads in the electroplating tank liquid, and setting the horizontal height of the lower inner corner line of the nickel plate master below the vertical direction of the electroplating tank liquid; performing the first electroplating in this way, so that the size difference between the upper and lower horizontal inner corner lines of the nickel plate is reduced while the overall size of the nickel plate pattern is enlarged; placing the nickel plate master in the electroplating tank liquid again, and performing the second electroplating without any requirement for the upper and lower horizontal height, and making the overall size of the nickel plate pattern return to the original size. The present application also discloses a corresponding nickel plate product. Through the present application, the required targeted fine adjustment of the positioning size difference of the upper, lower, left and right four sides of the nickel plate can be performed, and various printing products will not appear misalignment deviation in the long-term production process.
