Abstract

The present disclosure provides a light emitting display apparatus including a display panel for displaying an image, a driver for driving the display panel, and a temperature detector connected to anodes of organic light emitting diodes included in at least two sub-pixels located in the display panel, wherein the temperature detector detects at least two voltage values from the at least two sub-pixels, and calculates a temperature measurement value for measuring a temperature of the display panel based on a difference between the at least two voltage values.
