A gasifier construction method for determining the width of an underground coal gasification furnace

Abstract

The application discloses a gasification furnace construction method for determining the furnace width of a coal underground gasification furnace. Two channels are constructed in a target gasification coal seam, one of which is an air inlet channel and the other is an air outlet channel, the interval distance between the two channels gradually decreases and intersects at a point, and different intervals between the two channels are selected to form a gasification furnace width set to be determined; a gasification agent is injected into the air inlet channel and ignited, continuous gasification is implemented on the target gasification coal seam, the gasification production stability is monitored, and the best gasification furnace width is determined from the gasification furnace width set. Under the premise that the geological-engineering conditions are unknown, the application is helpful to determine the best furnace width of a drilling type coal underground gasification furnace in a specific geological condition area, reduces the risk that the air injection well and the gas production well cannot be connected in the underground gasification process, and improves the gasification recovery rate of the coal resources.
