Abstract

The application discloses a clamp suitable for integrated circuit multidirectional X-ray inspection and belongs to the field of reliability test.The movable tray is split into a tray base, a transmission shaft, a fixed clamp and a clamp top cover, the integrated circuit is limited in the fixed clamp through the fixed clamp and the clamp top cover, and after the integrated circuit in the Y direction is inspected by X-ray, the circuit does not need to be taken out, only needs to be rotated by a certain angle through the transmission shaft, and is assembled with the feature hole of the tray base to achieve 90-degree rotation and complete X-ray inspection in the Z direction.The application can avoid touching the basic circuit in the switching direction scanning process, the circuit pin is not subjected to external force in the clamp, solves the problem that the traditional tube fixing method is prone to causing the circuit pin to be abnormally bent in the taking-out, placing and clamping process of the circuit, and ensures the reliability of the integrated circuit in the X-ray inspection test process and improves the test efficiency.
