Method of riveting ferrochrome aluminium alloy hot rolled coils

Abstract

The application discloses a riveting method for iron-chromium-aluminum alloy hot-rolled coils, which comprises the following steps: after the hot-rolled coil is unwound, the head is run to a platform, a steel plate is placed above the head, the head and the steel plate are partially overlapped and the width center lines are consistent, two rows of through holes are drilled on the overlapped part, the steel plate is placed below the head, a half-hollow rivet is inserted into the first row of through holes, a batten with a connecting hole drilled at one end is sleeved on the half-hollow rivet, then the half-hollow rivet is inserted into the second row of through holes, the batten is overlapped on the surface of the head and the surface of the steel plate, the hollow part of the half-hollow rivet is punched, the hot-rolled coil is coiled, after the coiling is completed, the tail of the hot-rolled coil is run to the riveting operation platform, and the above steps are repeated to rivet the steel plate of the tail of the hot-rolled coil. According to the application, one steel plate is riveted at the head and the tail of the hot-rolled coil, when continuous annealing and pickling are carried out, the hot-rolled coils only need to be welded with the steel plates and do not need to be directly welded with the iron-chromium-aluminum alloy, the effective connection of the hot-rolled coils can be realized, and the continuous production of the iron-chromium-aluminum alloy hot-rolled coils is realized.
