The application relates to the technical field of injection molding, and provides an injection mold, which comprises an upper mold set, a lower mold set and an injection set, the lower mold set is provided with a mold station, the upper mold set is provided with a forming die, the forming die is matched with the mold station, the upper mold set and the lower mold set are connected in a tenon-and-mortise mode, the injection set is connected with the upper mold set and communicates with the forming die, the injection set is located between the upper mold set and the lower mold set, a stable mechanism is further arranged, the lower mold set is provided with a matching groove for the stable mechanism, the matching groove communicates with the mold station, the stable mechanism is installed on the upper mold set and abuts against the lower mold set, when the upper mold set and the lower mold set are coincident, the injection set is used for injection molding of the mold station, when the formed material is separated from the upper mold set and the lower mold set, the stable mechanism is used for stable fixation through fixed clamping. The application has the effect of preventing the formed product from adhering to the mold set. In addition, an injection method is further provided.
