A tin material fumigation method using natural gas as fuel

Abstract

This invention discloses a method for smelting tin materials using natural gas as fuel, specifically including the following steps: (1) adding low-tin materials, flux, and sulfiding agent into a smelting furnace; (2) using natural gas as fuel for the smelting furnace and using combustion air as combustion aid for natural gas to perform smelting treatment; (3) introducing tin-rich flue gas into a waste heat boiler; (4) introducing tin-containing flue gas into a surface cooler; (5) granulating boiler flue gas and surface cooler flue gas; (6) introducing surface cooler flue gas into a bag filter; (7) granulating bag filter flue gas; (8) treating bag filter tail gas to meet emission standards; (9) quenching slag with water; (10) loading, weighing, and resource utilization of the tail slag. This invention provides a clean method for using natural gas as fuel in a smelting furnace, which improves smelting efficiency, reduces metal loss in the smelting process, improves the quality of smelting products, and reduces greenhouse gas emissions.
