Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of assembled wall surface, and provides an automatic processing production line for assembled wallboards and a processing method thereof, which comprises a controller, a feeding and discharging machine, a plurality of walking mold cars, a groove planing machine, a convex groove planing machine, a slitting machine, a first pusher, a second pusher, a first transfer car, a second transfer car, a first transfer track, a second transfer track, a first traction machine, a second traction machine, a first track and a second track, each group of clamping mechanisms of each walking mold car clamps the carried building blocks together or each group of clamping mechanisms clamps each piece of the slitted assembled wallboard respectively, the groove planing machine and the convex groove planing machine perform groove planing and convex groove planing on each piece of the assembled wallboard carried by each walking mold car according to the set pieces of the assembled wallboard pre-slitted by the building blocks, and then the slitting machine slits the building blocks into a plurality of pieces of the assembled wallboard according to the set pre-slitting. The present application solves the problem that the existing assembled wallboard cannot be processed simultaneously.
