The application discloses a foldable cloth storage box skeleton mounting device, and relates to the field of packaging machinery.The device mainly comprises a U-shaped skeleton mounting mechanism, a storage box upper frame inner rectangular skeleton fixing mechanism and a rack.The U-shaped skeleton mounting mechanism comprises four supporting blocks for fixing the U-shaped skeleton, a finger air cylinder I and a horizontal slide block for controlling left and right movement of the U-shaped skeleton, a finger air cylinder II and a vertical slide block for controlling front and back movement of the U-shaped skeleton arms.The storage box frame rectangular skeleton fixing mechanism mainly comprises an end clamp, a side clamp and a permanent magnet.Compressed air drives the finger air cylinder I and the finger air cylinder II to complete left and right movement and front and back movement of the U-shaped skeleton arms respectively, and the U-shaped skeleton is mounted into the metal annular small holes at two ends of the rectangular skeleton, so that the device has the characteristics of safe and efficient installation process and stable product quality.
