本公开提供了一种CT影像的拍摄控制方法、系统、设备、介质及CT设备，该方法包括获取初始拍摄区域对应的第一坐标系，和感兴趣区域对应的第二坐标系；获取限束器的窗口坐标系；基于窗口坐标系、第一坐标系和第二坐标系，获取在当前拍摄角度下，第二坐标系中的第一目标点在窗口坐标系中对应的第二目标点以及第二目标点的坐标数据；基于坐标数据获取在当前拍摄角度下，限束器的遮挡板的待调节参数；基于待调节参数控制遮挡板移动至目标位置。本公开实现了基于选定的任意感兴趣区域，计算出限束器的遮挡板的待调节参数，实现对限束器窗口的自动、及时且精准地调节，缩小CT影像的拍摄范围，从而有效地降低拍摄过程中受辐射的面积和剂量。
