A wet paper sheet former

Abstract

The application discloses a wet paper sheet forming machine and relates to the technical field of paper sheet forming equipment. The wet paper sheet forming machine comprises a machine base, a drainage cylinder arranged on the machine base, a filter plate arranged at the top end of the drainage cylinder and detachably connected with the machine base, a forming wire detachably sleeved on the filter plate, the filter plate having a first filter surface arranged at the top end or the bottom end of the filter plate, a gap being formed between the first filter surface and the bottom end of the forming wire when the first filter surface faces the forming wire, and a second filter surface arranged on the opposite end of the filter plate from the first filter surface, the second filter surface being tightly attached to the bottom end of the forming wire when the second filter surface faces the forming wire, and a filter cylinder arranged at the top end of the machine base and reversibly covering the forming wire. The application can realize the adaptation of different paper sheet forming processes to the same forming wire, improve the application range of the wet paper sheet forming machine and reduce the operation complexity when the forming processes are switched.
