Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a video frame processing method and device, electronic equipment and storage medium. In the case that the to-be-encoded video frame is a reference frame, a first target filtering parameter is predicted for the to-be-encoded video frame based on a preset parameter prediction model; a first target coding mode is selected for a coding block in the to-be-encoded video frame from at least two coding modes based on the first target filtering parameter; and the coding block after coding and filtering using the first target coding mode and the first target filtering parameter is obtained, thereby completing the processing of the to-be-encoded video frame. In this way, in the case that the to-be-encoded video frame is a reference frame, the first target filtering parameter predicted directly for the to-be-encoded video frame through the parameter prediction model can quickly and effectively obtain the parameter used for filtering processing of the to-be-encoded video frame, and compared with traversing all filtering parameters to select a target filtering parameter, the processing efficiency can be improved.
