Method for installing tower crane on steel tube arch bridge

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for installing a tower crane on a steel tube arch bridge. The method comprises the following steps: utilizing the upper chord tube as a support, welding and installing the steel tube base thereon, and ensuring the installation accuracy; increasing the strength, rigidity, pull-out resistance, and overturning resistance of the tower crane foundation by pouring the concrete; then, considering the lifting capacity of the cable crane system, dividing the tower crane into a plurality of lifting units, and lifting them in sequence according to the divided units, minimizing the number of liftings to reduce the difficulty of installation on the arch; transporting the unit by providing the platform and the translation component, and lifting a single component twice by the cable crane before and after transport, thereby solving the problem that the cable crane system cannot move laterally under load, thereby realizing the installation of the tower crane on the arch. This not only solves the problem that the tower crane on the arch is difficult to install, but also greatly improves work efficiency.
