Abstract

The application discloses a millimeter wave slot antenna array based on SISL, which is arranged from top to bottom by a medium substrate with seven layers of metal layers arranged on upper and lower surfaces, a feeding structure arranged on the medium substrate, and a power division network structure composed of multiple power division networks; the radiation structure is composed of multiple radiation units, radiation slots are loaded on metal layers G1 and G2, a metalized via hole is loaded to connect the metal layers G1 and G2, a feeding network of the metal layers G5 and G6 is loaded with a main transmission line to form a periodic short-circuit branch, thereby forming a double-layer wiring structure; the short-circuit branch is loaded below a center position of the radiation slot, and a shielding layer of a medium substrate Sub5 serves as the ground of the antenna array. The application adopts the double-layer wiring technology, reduces the dielectric loss, improves the antenna gain and efficiency, and can cover a 27.5-28.35 GHz frequency band and a Ka satellite communication frequency band.
