Sensor unit and pressure sensor unit and pressure detection device

Abstract

The present application aims to provide a sensor unit which does not cause a significant cost increase and has a protection function against overlapping static electricity. The sensor unit (10) is provided with a pressure sensor chip (11) connected to a connection line (38) and outputting a pressure detection signal while being supplied with power, and a constant voltage diode (51) protecting the sensor chip from static electricity carried by the connection line, the sensor unit being housed in a pressure detection device (100) and mounted in a waterproof case (20), the sensor chip being disposed on the inner side of the case and the connection line being routed on the inner surface side of the case, in contrast, the sensor unit is provided with a relay connection terminal (36) electrically connected to the connection line and the sensor chip, and a protection substrate (50) formed to a size capable of being disposed in a space adjacent to the relay connection terminal in the case and formed with a wiring pattern mounting the constant voltage diode and making it conductive with the connection line.
