Nut visual inspection equipment

Abstract

A nut visual inspection device includes a feeding section and an inspection section. The inspection section includes an inspection frame with a circular turntable on its top surface. A mounting plate is located above the turntable. Multiple nut placement slots are evenly distributed around the outer circumference of the turntable. Each nut placement slot has a lifting mechanism at its bottom to lift the nut. The inspection frame is equipped with sequentially spaced burr visual inspection mechanisms, thread visual inspection mechanisms, burr defective discharge channels, thread defective discharge channels, and qualified product discharge channels. The top surface of the mounting plate is equipped with sequentially spaced burr defective ejection cylinders, thread defective ejection cylinders, and qualified product ejection cylinders. A first lifting device and a second lifting device are located below the turntable. The feeding section is located to one side of the inspection section and feeds the nuts to the nut placement slots. This invention enables automatic detection of burrs and threads in nuts, allowing for online full inspection of nuts.
