A device for automatically cleaning the blade head of a soft-pack lithium battery insulating tape application device

Abstract

This invention discloses an automatic cleaning device for applying insulating tape to soft-pack lithium batteries, comprising: a frame with two sets of conveyor belts symmetrically arranged on both sides of the upper surface for continuous conveying of soft-pack lithium batteries, and an unwinding roller connected to the upper side of the frame; three sets of support columns, equidistantly fixedly installed on the upper surface of the frame; a third gear, the shaft of which is connected to the upper surface of a top plate; and two sets of tape cutting mechanisms, fixedly installed on the upper surface of the frame. Each tape cutting mechanism includes a fixed base, a telescopic rod, and a cutter. An air bladder is connected between the telescopic rod and the other end of the fixed base, and the air bladder is cylindrical and sleeved on the outside of the telescopic rod. A one-way air inlet and a nozzle are connected to the outside of the air bladder, and the nozzle corresponds to the position of the cutter. This device can automatically clean and cool the cutter head during the cutting process, preventing tape from adhering to the outside of the cutter head and affecting subsequent cutting operations.
