A stainless steel water-cooled runner plate and a welding method thereof

Abstract

The application discloses a stainless steel water-cooled runner plate and a welding method thereof, wherein the stainless steel water-cooled runner plate comprises a base plate, a panel and a pipe assembly, the outer edge of the base plate is square, the upper surface of the base plate is downwardly provided with a first recess, the bottom surface of the first recess is downwardly provided with a second recess, and the bottom surface of the second recess is upwardly provided with a plurality of mutually parallel protrusions; the panel is matched with the shape of the first recess, the pipe assembly comprises a first pipe, a second pipe and a welding pipe nozzle, the edge of the panel and the first recess are welded through laser welding, the welding deformation is small while the welding strength requirement is met, the panel and the protrusions are welded through vacuum brazing, the flatness after correction by a hydraulic machine after welding completely meets the design requirement, the internal welding seam has good forming quality and reliable connection, the welding deformation is well controlled while the welding strength requirement is met, and the technical problems of large welding deformation and great difficulty in runner correction after completion of the runner plate welding are effectively solved.
