A double-circulation system flue of a steel mill

Abstract

The application discloses a double-circulation system flue of a steel mill, belongs to the technical field of converter of the steel mill, and comprises a fixed section flue, an intermediate flue and a final section flue fixedly connected together, wherein the fixed section flue is connected with a steam drum and a feed water pump through a downcomer one and a riser one, the intermediate flue is connected with the steam drum through a downcomer two and a riser two, the final section flue is connected with the steam drum through a downcomer three and a riser three, the final section flue is communicated with the riser one through a riser four, and the final section flue is communicated with an outlet main pipe of the feed water pump through a downcomer four. The double-circulation system flue of the steel mill does not appear the phenomenon of the outlet temperature of the cooling medium falling, solves the problem of the over-burning damage of the heated pipe, and guarantees the stable operation of the rest sections of the vaporization system.
