Multi-irs / ris beamforming method based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm

Abstract

The application discloses a multi-IRS / RIS beamforming method based on an improved particle swarm algorithm, and first generates a matrix of angles of all reflecting units as a single particle, then divides the particle swarm into slave and master categories, and initializes each particle, secondly, the speed and position of the slave particle swarm and the master particle swarm are respectively updated according to the global optimal solution, the historical optimal solution and the like, the optimal solution that maximizes the total communication rate of all users is continuously searched and iterated, and the optimal solution is recorded. The method can not only perform global search in a large range, but also finely perform local search, and the possibility of falling into a local optimal solution is reduced, and the method shows relatively excellent performance in the non-convex optimization problem.
