A pin clip protection device

Abstract

This invention discloses a probe card protection device, including a probe card with an arc-shaped wall, a fixing base, and a pin. The pin is movably mounted inside the fixing base via an elastic element. One end of the pin is exposed outside the fixing base, and one side is configured as an arc-shaped surface to abut against the outer wall of the probe card. The pin has a locked state and an unlocked state. When the pin is in the locked state, the arc-shaped surface of the pin faces the installation direction of the probe card. When the pin is in the unlocked state, the arc-shaped surface of the pin is opposite to the installation direction of the probe card. Through the combined use of the above device, this invention enables the probe card to self-lock when installed on the testing machine, and allows for quick disassembly by simply unlocking the pin.
