Abstract
This invention relates to the field of separation membrane material technology, specifically a method for preparing a catalytically self-cleaning functional ceramic membrane. This invention utilizes a sol-urea sacrificial method to prepare nano-perovskite catalysts in situ on the surface and pore walls of a ceramic membrane, constructing tens of thousands of "nanocatalytic PMS reactors" within the ceramic membrane pores. The nano-sized perovskite catalysts have a large specific surface area, resulting in a thousand-fold increase in the catalytic activation efficiency of PMS. This modification method not only improves the permeate flux of the ceramic membrane but also eliminates the need for acid-base chemical cleaning after membrane fouling, thus avoiding environmental pollution and preventing degradation of the ceramic membrane material and membrane modules.
