The present disclosure relates to a coal preparation plant medium adding control method, device, system and storage medium. The method comprises: controlling a moving device to move to a target position, wherein the moving device is fixedly connected with a water adding pipeline and used to drive the water adding pipeline to move; if the moving device moves to the target position, controlling the water adding pipeline, a medium adding pipeline and a medium storage device to be opened to start medium adding treatment, wherein the medium adding treatment is water adding treatment of a medium pile through the water adding pipeline, and the medium solution after water adding is transported to the medium storage device through the medium adding pipeline; when the liquid level of the medium storage device reaches a target liquid level, controlling the water adding pipeline and the medium adding pipeline to be closed to end the medium adding. When the moving device reaches the target position, the medium adding is controlled to start, which can improve the accuracy of medium adding control.
