Preparation method of three-dimensional network structure protective film on surface of metal cultural relics

Abstract

The application discloses a preparation method of a three-dimensional network structure protective film on a metal cultural relic surface, which comprises the following steps: firstly, a condensation reaction is caused by hydrolysis of n-dodecyltrimethoxysilane, and a porous network structure is formed on a metal surface layer; then, hydrophilic fumed silica is injected, and a dense three-dimensional network structure protective film is formed on the metal surface, so that harmful ions in the environment are effectively isolated, and further corrosion of the metal cultural relic is slowed down or inhibited. The method has the advantages of safety, high efficiency and convenience based on the idea of self-assembly film forming, and can avoid the use of corrosion inhibitors for well-preserved metal cultural relics such as bronze wares, so that potential risks caused by the use of corrosion inhibitors are avoided. The method can provide a new idea for surface treatment of various museum metal cultural relics and metal materials, and can provide a new method for protection of museum metal cultural relics and metal materials.
