Abstract

The application provides a coating clamping device and a spraying system, relates to the field of aircraft fastener spraying technology, and comprises a rotatable mounting base, a supporting frame arranged on the mounting base, a plurality of clamping structures arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the mounting base, a clamping seat and an elastic member arranged oppositely, a workpiece station formed between the clamping seat and the corresponding elastic member, a synchronous driving mechanism in driving connection with the plurality of clamping seats, the synchronous driving mechanism being capable of driving the plurality of clamping seats to rotate synchronously, and a shielding structure comprising an adjusting frame and at least one shielding member, the shielding member being adjustably arranged on the adjusting frame and placed at the periphery of each clamping structure, and the shielding member being capable of shielding at least part of the workpiece. The shielding structure can shield any position of the workpiece, thereby meeting the local coating needs of different workpieces and having higher local coating precision.
