Abstract

The application discloses a kind of porous aggregate surface pore inner asphalt volume measurement method and system.Method comprising the following steps: (1) using dense aggregate as reference aggregate, according to preset gradation, and make the reference aggregate with asphalt mix, obtain reference asphalt mixture according to preset oil stone ratio;(2) carry out CT scanning test, obtain the CT digital data of reference aggregate and porous aggregate of preset specification wrapped with asphalt;(3) analysis obtains the wrapping parameter of reference aggregate and porous aggregate;(4) with the average asphalt film thickness of reference aggregate as the average asphalt film thickness of theoretical porous aggregate, estimate the asphalt volume of theoretical wrapped porous aggregate;The difference between the asphalt volume of theoretical wrapped porous aggregate and the asphalt volume of wrapped porous aggregate obtained by CT scanning test is used as the asphalt volume in the surface pore of porous aggregate.The application can determine the volume of asphalt in the surface pore of porous aggregate, and provide reliable data basis for balancing the cost and performance of steel slag asphalt concrete.
