Method for measuring nitrate under high pressure based on turbidity compensation

Abstract

The application discloses a high-pressure nitrate measurement method based on turbidity compensation, comprising the following steps: based on a known absorbance model, calculating the attenuation coefficients of standard seawater, turbidity and nitrate respectively; based on multi-angle scattered light signals, synchronously monitoring turbidity under different measurement conditions, and establishing a turbidity calculation model by taking the change rules of light intensity spectrum and turbidity as correlation factors; and establishing a nitrate calculation model according to the attenuation coefficients and the turbidity calculation model. The application has the beneficial effect that the measurement accuracy of the nitrate measurement method is significantly improved by synchronously measuring turbidity and integrating multi-environment factors such as temperature, salinity, pressure and turbidity compensation for common correction.
