A composite board weld detection device

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of composite plate weld detection, and specifically relates to a composite plate weld detection device, which comprises a first vertical rod, a second vertical rod, a first horizontal rod and a second horizontal rod, the first horizontal rod is slidably connected with a first scanning part, the first horizontal rod is slidably connected with a second scanning part, the second horizontal rod is slidably connected with a third scanning part, the second horizontal rod is slidably connected with a fourth scanning part, and the first vertical rod and the second vertical rod are both slidably connected with a fifth scanning part at the opposite symmetrical positions. In the present application, the second scanning part is used for overall weld detection of the weld, the third scanning part is used for left offset detection of the weld, the fourth scanning part is used for right offset detection of the weld, the first scanning part is used for near-surface detection of the weld, and the fifth scanning part is used for synchronous recordable detection of transverse defects of the weld. These detections are synchronously performed on the same device, and the synchronous detection in one detection time is used to replace the multiple detections in the traditional detection mode.
