Abstract

Fasteners secure the top and bottom rubber ribs to the top and bottom molds, respectively. The rigid ribs are vertically arranged along the sides of the stainless steel sheets and have numerous bolt holes densely distributed on them. The stainless steel sheets are then bound together end-to-end with bolts to form a cylindrical body that surrounds the pier. After concrete is poured, the concrete fills the mold cavity and provides external support to the template. The constraint of the rubber ribs improves the appearance of the concrete.
