A liquid trap-free real-time distribution performance measurement system suitable for liquid distributors

Abstract

The application discloses a liquid collecting-free real-time distribution performance measuring system suitable for a liquid distributor, wherein the circular arc liquid receiving top surface of a fluid receiving unit can directly bear the impact pressure of working fluid sprayed from the measured liquid distributor, and a data processing unit can analyze the spraying distribution of the liquid distributor in real time by receiving the pressure signals of the fluid receiving units. The system directly bears the spraying impact pressure by the circular arc liquid receiving top surface of the fluid receiving unit, does not need a liquid collecting container, has wide test range and high precision, can detect for a long time in real time, is not limited by capacity, has accurate and comprehensive test results, adopts impact force to detect flow, has high test efficiency, and has continuous and accurate results, can adopt fluid receiving units with different scales, has accurate and comprehensive test results, is simple, has flexible unit detection area, is convenient to use, has wide test range, and is suitable for liquid distributors with various tower diameters, various types and different operation elasticity.
