Method for evaluating oil permeation and water blocking performance of water-blocking coated sand

Abstract

The present application belongs to the field of coated sand performance testing, and particularly relates to a kind of water-blocking coated sand oil / water permeability evaluation method.The test method comprises the following steps: (1) filling the water-blocking coated sand filling sand pipe and quartz sand filling sand pipe with consistent oil permeability; (2) connecting the water-blocking coated sand filling sand pipe and quartz sand filling sand pipe in parallel and conducting double-pipe displacement of oil, to determine the oil permeability of the water-blocking coated sand; (3) drying the oil in the water-blocking coated sand filling sand pipe and quartz sand filling sand pipe, and then conducting double-pipe displacement of water, and comparing the liquid volume after displacement stabilization to determine the water-blocking property of the water-blocking coated sand.The present application designs two filling sand pipes with the same oil permeability, connects them in parallel to determine the oil permeability, and then determines the difference in outlet flow during water displacement, thereby verifying the water-blocking property of the water-blocking coated sand from the perspective of permeability.The method can be used for oilfield sampling to detect the oil / water permeability of water-blocking coated sand, and ensure that the quality of the water-blocking coated sand injected into the formation meets the design requirements.
