AGV assembly line screw tightening error prevention methods, systems, equipment and readable storage media

Abstract

This application relates to a method, system, device, and readable storage medium for error prevention in AGV assembly line tightening, and pertains to the field of error prevention technology for automotive assembly lines. The method includes determining whether the target tightening station meets the tightening conditions upon receiving an AGV arrival signal corresponding to the target tightening operation station; if so, controlling the target tightening station to perform the tightening operation based on preset tightening information; and if the tightening operation is successful, generating an AGV release signal and sending it to the target station AGV for control of the release operation. This application controls the tightening operation of the AGV assembly line through an AGV arrival signal, and only generates a release signal after a successful tightening operation to control AGV release, effectively improving efficiency, reducing costs, and preventing defective parts from leaving the station, assembly line, or workshop, or even entering the market.
