A method for grouting anchoring using a double-hole grout stopper

Abstract

A method for grouting anchoring using a double-hole grout-stopping plug involves inserting the anchor cable and grouting pipe into the anchor cable insertion hole and grouting pipe insertion hole, respectively; using flame-retardant tape to tightly bind the grouting pipe and anchor cable together; horizontally inserting the assembled anchor cable, grouting pipe, and double-hole grout-stopping plug into the borehole, and using an anchoring agent to anchor the anchoring end of the anchor cable into the borehole; first connecting one end of the grouting pipe to the grouting pipeline of the hydraulic pump, then adding non-shrink micro-expansion cement powder to the hydraulic pump to prepare grout, and then turning on the hydraulic pump to pump the grout into the borehole; after grouting, binding the end of the grouting pipe with wire to prevent uncured grout from flowing out; installing a tray at the part of the anchor cable exposed from the coal wall, and using nuts to fix and press the tray tightly at the borehole opening; after a set time, the grout solidifies to form a solid body, and the grouting reinforcement operation is completed. This method is simple in steps, low in implementation cost, convenient in the borehole sealing process, and provides ideal support effect.
