Nineteen triterpenoid compounds were isolated and identified from Acanthopanax senticosus leaves using ethanol extraction and various chromatographic techniques, filling the gap in the isolation and identification of triterpenoid compounds from Acanthopanax senticosus leaves and demonstrating the significant pharmaceutical activity of the compounds, especially their inhibitory effect on rheumatoid arthritis.

Abstract

本发明提供了无梗五加叶中的三萜类化合物及其分离、鉴定和应用。本发明从无梗五加叶中分离鉴定出19个三萜类化合物，其中新化合物有10个。实验结果表明，在给药浓度为20μmol / L时，各化合物均能不同程度的抑制TNF‑α诱导的HFLS‑RA增殖。其中化合物7、13、14、19的抑制作用显著，差异具有统计学意义。
