Abstract

The application discloses a cell offset parameter configuration method and device, electronic equipment, medium and program product. The cell offset parameter configuration method comprises the following steps: acquiring the number of switching failures between at least one cell passed through by a terminal in the process of moving between a starting point and an ending point; converting the number of switching failures between the at least one cell into a corresponding switching failure number matrix; calculating a probability value of the terminal switching from a service cell to at least one adjacent cell of the service cell based on the switching failure number matrix; selecting a switching sequence of the terminal between the at least one cell based on the probability value; and setting a cell offset of the at least one cell based on the switching sequence to obtain the cell offset of the at least one cell. The cell offsets of all cells can be accurately determined, so that the optimal target cell can be switched to during cell switching, and the switching success rate is improved.
