A warm yang and rotting removing hydrogel for treating chronic ulcer and a preparation method thereof

Abstract

This invention discloses a warming and debriding hydrogel for treating chronic ulcers and its preparation method in the field of hydrogel technology. The hydrogel comprises the following components by weight: 30-40 parts of a hydrogel carrier and 5-7 parts of nanoparticles. The hydrogel carrier is a self-healing material obtained by cross-linking aldehyde-modified konjac mannan with polylysine; the nanoparticles are nanoparticles obtained by coating plant essential oils with carboxymethyl chitosan and zein. This invention proposes a method of preparing a hydrogel by cross-linking aldehyde-modified konjac mannan with polylysine and loading it with nanoparticles. This achieves the technical effect of the material self-recovering to its initial strength and function after cracking. Simultaneously, the use of a composite wall material to coat the plant essential oils improves the stability of the drug and fixes it onto the hydrogel, reducing the loss of the loaded drug with water, enhancing antibacterial and bacteriostatic capabilities and wound healing speed, thereby improving the therapeutic effect on chronic ulcers.
