本发明提供基于金刚石NV色心的激光调控、荧光探测方法及传感器,通过将金刚石产生的荧光以及混合在荧光中的激光分离开并分别予以收集,将收集的激光与设定值进行比较,获取偏差,采用PID算法根据此偏差对发射的激光功率进行调控,以稳定激光功率,能够对来自激光源以及光路传输中的干扰噪声进行抑制,实现激光的稳定,提高测量精准度。在稳定激光的基础上,将收集的激光进行增益调节,使得激光与荧光的差分为零,获取相对初始增益的增益增量来表征荧光的实时探测值,能够较好的抑制随荧光的变化而变化的共模噪声,进一步提高系统测量的准确度。
