Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention relates to the field of optical imaging, and particularly to an optical lens and a camera module. Background Technology
[0002] In recent years, camera modules have been widely used in smartphones and other electronic devices to assist them in performing functions such as image capture and payment. A zoom camera module refers to a camera module whose focal length can be adjusted. It includes a photosensitive element and an optical lens positioned along the photosensitive path of the photosensitive element. The optical lens further includes a drive motor and a lens assembly. When the lens assembly is driven by the drive motor to move along the optical axis, the focal length of the camera module is adjusted. In other words, in existing camera modules, the optical lens must have a large travel space to allow the lens assembly to move along the optical axis to achieve zoom functionality. This prevents a substantial reduction in the overall height of the camera module, thus making it inconsistent with the trend towards thinner and lighter electronic devices. Summary of the Invention
[0003] One object of the present invention is to provide an optical lens and a camera module, wherein the optical lens provides at least one lens assembly, and the radius of curvature of the deformable light-transmitting body of the lens assembly can be adjusted to achieve zoom of the camera module.
[0004] One object of the present invention is to provide an optical lens and a camera module, wherein the radius of curvature of the deformable light-transmitting body of the lens assembly can be adjusted in a continuously varying manner to achieve continuous zoom of the camera module.
[0005] One object of the present invention is to provide an optical lens and a camera module, wherein the optical lens provides an object-side lens group and an image-side lens group, and the lens assembly is held between the image-side lens group and the object-side lens group, thereby ensuring that the lens end face of the optical lens has a small size, so as to allow the camera module to be implemented as a front-facing camera module of an electronic device or other locations with limited space.
[0006] One object of the present invention is to provide an optical lens and a camera module, wherein the image-side lens assembly can be driven to move along the optical axis of the optical lens, thereby achieving focusing of the camera module. It is understood that, based on the optical lens of the present invention allowing adjustment of the radius of curvature of the deformable lens body of the lens assembly to achieve zooming of the camera module, the optical lens can reserve a small space for the movement of the image-side lens assembly. This facilitates a reduction in the height of the optical lens and substantially reduces the overall height of the camera module, making the camera module particularly suitable for thinner and lighter electronic devices.

[0048] Exemplary Disclosure
[0049] Refer to the accompanying drawings of the specification of this invention. Figure 1A camera module according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention is disclosed and described below, wherein the camera module includes a photosensitive component 10 and an optical lens 20 held in the photosensitive path of the photosensitive component 10, wherein the optical lens 20 includes at least one object-side lens group 21, at least one image-side lens group 22 and at least one lens assembly 23, wherein all the lens groups on the object side of at least one lens assembly 23 are the object-side lens group 21 and all the lens groups on the image side are the image-side lens group 22, wherein the shape of the lens assembly 23 can be adjusted to achieve zoom of the camera module.
[0050] Specifically, in the appendix Figure 1 In this specific example of the camera module shown, the optical lens 20 includes an object-side lens group 21, an image-side lens group 22, and a lens assembly 23, wherein the lens assembly 23 is held between the object-side lens group 21 and the image-side lens group 22. The zoom capability of the camera module can be achieved by adjusting the shape of the lens assembly 23. It is understood that the object-side lens group 21, the lens assembly 23, and the image-side lens group 22 are arranged coaxially to allow the optical lens 20 to form an optical system, i.e., the optical axis of the optical lens 20 passes sequentially through the center of the object-side lens group 21, the lens assembly 23, and the image-side lens group 22.
[0051] Furthermore, the object-side lens assembly 21 includes an object-side lens barrel 211 and at least one object-side lens 212 disposed along the height direction of the object-side lens barrel 211. The image-side lens assembly 22 includes an image-side lens barrel 221 and at least one image-side lens 222 disposed along the height direction of the image-side lens barrel 221. The lens assembly 23 includes a deformable light-transmitting body 231 and two light-transmitting deformation-limiting layers 232. The two deformation-limiting layers 232 are disposed on opposite sides of the deformable light-transmitting body 231. When the edge portions of the two deformation-limiting layers 232 are pressed, at least one of the two deformation-limiting layers 232 bends and deforms to allow the edge portions of the two deformation-limiting layers 232 to have a displacement that brings them closer to each other. This causes the two deformation-limiting layers 232 to compress the deformable light-transmitting body 231 and change the radius of curvature of the deformable light-transmitting body 231. In this way, the shape of the lens assembly 23 is adjusted to change the light path passing through the optical lens 20, and the focal length of the camera module is changed. Preferably, the deformable light-transmitting body 231 has a high refractive index and high transmittance. For example, the transmittance of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 is at least 90% and the refractive index is at least 1.2. In this way, the optical performance of the lens assembly 23 before and after deformation can be guaranteed.
[0052] Appendix Figure 5 A specific example of the lens assembly 23 is shown, wherein both deformation limiting layers 232 are implemented as light-transmitting film layers 232a, that is, the two light-transmitting film layers 232a are disposed on opposite sides of the deformable light-transmitting body 231, wherein when the edge portions of the two light-transmitting film layers 232a are subjected to force to bend and deform the two light-transmitting film layers 232a so as to allow the edge portions of the two light-transmitting film layers 232a to have a displacement that brings the two light-transmitting film layers 232a closer to each other, the deformable light-transmitting body 231 is squeezed and deformed by the two light-transmitting film layers 232a to change the radius of curvature of the opposite sides of the deformable light-transmitting body 231.
[0053] Appendix Figure 6 Another specific example of the lens assembly 23 is shown, in which one of the two deformation limiting layers 232 is implemented as a light-transmitting film layer 232a, and the other is implemented as a light-transmitting panel 232b. That is, the light-transmitting film layer 232a and the light-transmitting panel 232b are disposed on opposite sides of the deformable light-transmitting body 231, wherein when the edge portions of the light-transmitting film layer 232a and the light-transmitting panel 232b are subjected to force, the light-transmitting film layer... The bending deformation of 232a and the flatness of the light-transmitting panel 232b allow the edge portion of the light-transmitting film layer 232a to move toward the light-transmitting panel 232b, so that the edge portion of the light-transmitting film layer 232a has a displacement toward the light-transmitting panel 232b. The deformable light-transmitting body 231 is deformed by the pressure of the light-transmitting film layer 232a and the light-transmitting panel 232b, thereby changing the radius of curvature of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 adhering to the side of the light-transmitting film layer 232a. In other words, with the attached... Figure 5 The lens assembly 23 shown differs from the one shown in that, in the attached Figure 6 In this specific example of the lens assembly 23 shown, the deformable light-transmitting body 231 is only allowed to be deformed on one side; that is, the deformable light-transmitting body 231 is only allowed to be deformed on the side attached to the light-transmitting film layer 232a, while the side attached to the light-transmitting panel 232b is prevented from being deformed. It is worth noting that the material of the light-transmitting panel 232b is not limited in the lens assembly 23 of the present invention, as long as it has good light transmittance and hardness. For example, the light-transmitting panel 232b can be made of glass, that is, the light-transmitting panel 232b is a glass plate that does not bend when the deformable light-transmitting body 231 is compressed by pressure applied to the edge portion of the light-transmitting film layer 232a.
[0054] Continue to refer to the appendix Figure 1The deformable light-transmitting body 231 of the lens assembly 23 is made of solid or colloidal material, such as a compressible organic polymer or elastomer. Thus, compared to liquid lenses, the lens assembly 23 of the optical lens 20 of the present invention not only does not require a tight outer shell to maintain the shape of the liquid material, which is beneficial for controlling the size of the lens assembly 23 and improving the design flexibility of the lens assembly 23, but also the center of gravity of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 of the lens assembly 23 can remain stable, thereby avoiding the shift of the optical focal length of the camera module caused by gravity.
[0055] The deformable light-transmitting body 231 and the deformation-limiting layer 232 of the lens assembly 23 can be disk-shaped. That is, the projection of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 in the direction perpendicular to the central axis of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 and the projection of the deformation-limiting layer 232 in the direction perpendicular to the central axis of the deformation-limiting layer 232 are both perfect circles, and the central axis of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 and the central axis of the deformation-limiting layer 232 coincide. In this way, when the edge portions of the two deformation-limiting layers 232 are uniformly stressed in the entire circumferential direction, the deformable light-transmitting body 231 can be uniformly subjected to the compressive force from the two deformation-limiting layers 232 in the entire circumferential direction, thereby allowing the deformation degree of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 in the circumferential direction to be consistent and avoiding tilting.
[0056] Furthermore, the radius of the deformation limiting layer 232 of the lens assembly 23 is larger than the radius of the deformable light-transmitting body 231. In this way, space is reserved between the two deformation limiting layers 232 for the deformable light-transmitting body 231 to extend outwards due to compression and deformation. In this way, during the process of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 being deformed by the two deformation limiting layers 232 pressing the deformable light-transmitting body 231 on opposite sides, the deformable light-transmitting body 231 can always be held between the two deformation limiting layers 232, so as to ensure the reliability and stability of the optical lens 20.
[0057] In some examples of the camera module of the present invention, the thickness of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 of the lens assembly 23 ranges from 0.1mm to 1mm, preferably from 0.2mm to 0.8mm, the radius of the deformable light-transmitting body 11 ranges from 1mm to 3mm, the thickness of the deformation limiting layer 232 ranges from 0.01mm to 0.3mm, and the radius of the deformation limiting layer 232 ranges from 1.5mm to 4mm. For example, in a specific example of the camera module, the deformable light-transmitting body 231 of the lens assembly 23 has a thickness of 0.3 mm to ensure the zoom travel of the camera module, and the radius of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 is 1.8 mm to allow the lens assembly 23 to have a larger light-transmitting area so that the optical lens 20 can be used in the camera module with a large image plane. The deformation limiting layer 232 has a thickness of 0.05 mm and a radius of 2.2 mm to ensure that sufficient space is reserved between the two deformation limiting layers 232 to accommodate the deformed deformable light-transmitting body 231.
[0058] Reference Appendix Figure 5 and Figure 6 In both embodiments of the lens assembly 23, when pressure is applied along the entire circumferential direction of the edge portions of the two deformation-limiting layers 232, at least one of the two deformation-limiting layers 232 bends and deforms, causing the edges of the two deformation-limiting layers 232 to have a displacement that brings them closer together. This allows the two deformation-limiting layers 232 to press against the deformable light-transmitting body 231 on opposite sides, at which point the radius of curvature of at least one side of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 is adjusted, thereby changing the light path passing through the optical lens 20. For example, in the appendix... Figure 5 In this specific example of the lens assembly 23 shown, both deformation-limiting layers 232 are bendable, allowing the radii of curvature on both sides of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 to be adjusted to alter the path of light passing through the optical lens 20; while in the attached... Figure 6 In this specific example of the lens assembly 23 shown, the deformation limiting layer 232 on the upper side bends and deforms while the deformation limiting layer 232 on the lower side remains flat, so as to allow the radius of curvature of the upper side of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 to be adjusted while the lower side remains flat, thereby changing the light path passing through the optical lens 20.
[0059] It is understood that the deformation limiting layer 232 of the lens assembly 23 restricts the deformation mode of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 to achieve the expected optical effect. For example, one deformation mode of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 is that the distance between the opposite sides of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 decreases and the periphery of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 extends towards the periphery of the deformation limiting layer 232. That is, the distance between the periphery of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 and the central axis of the lens assembly 23 is greater after the deformable light-transmitting body 231 is deformed than before the deformation. Another deformation mode of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 is that the radius of curvature of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 can be adjusted in a continuously changing manner to achieve continuous zoom of the camera module.
[0060] Continue to refer to the appendix Figure 1 For ease of explanation and understanding, the deformation limiting layer 232 located on the upper side of the lens assembly 23 is defined as the object-side limiting layer 2321, and the deformation limiting layer 232 located on the lower side of the lens assembly 23 is defined as the image-side limiting layer 2322. It is worth mentioning that defining the upper deformation limiting layer 232 and the lower deformation limiting layer 232 of the lens assembly 23 as the object-side limiting layer 2321 and the image-side limiting layer 2322 respectively is only to distinguish the positions of the two deformation limiting layers 232, and does not limit the types of the two deformation limiting layers 232. For example, the object-side limiting layer 2321 and the image-side limiting layer 2322 can both be the light-transmitting film layer 232a, or the object-side limiting layer 2321 is the light-transmitting film layer 232a and the image-side limiting layer 2322 is the light-transmitting panel 232b, or the object-side limiting layer 2321 is the light-transmitting panel 232b and the image-side limiting layer 2322 is the light-transmitting film layer 232a.
[0061] The lens assembly 23 is disposed at the object-side end of the image-side lens barrel 221 of the image-side lens group 22, so as to allow the lens assembly 23 to be held between the object-side lens group 21 and the image-side lens group 22. Specifically, in the appendix Figure 1In this preferred example of the camera module shown, the optical lens 20 further includes a retaining ring 24 defining a central channel 241. The retaining ring 24 is disposed at the object-side end of the image-side lens barrel 221 of the image-side lens assembly 22. The image-side limiting layer 2322 of the lens assembly 23 is attached to the retaining ring 24 to allow the lens assembly 23 to be supported by the retaining ring 24. The central channel 241 of the retaining ring 24 corresponds to the center of the image-side lens assembly 22 and the center of the lens assembly 23, respectively, thus the lens assembly 23 is disposed at the object-side end of the image-side lens barrel 221 of the image-side lens assembly 22. Preferably, the radius of the central channel 241 of the retaining ring 24 is larger than the radius of the deformable light-transmitting element 231 of the lens assembly 23, for example, in the attached... Figure 1 In this specific example, the radius of the central channel 241 of the fixing ring 24 is 1.95 mm.
[0062] It is worth mentioning that the way the fixing ring 24 is disposed on the object-side end of the image-side lens barrel 221 of the image-side lens group 22 is not limited. For example, the fixing ring 24 can be attached to the object-side end of the image-side lens barrel 221 of the image-side lens group 22, or the fixing ring 24 can be integrally formed on the object-side end of the image-side lens barrel 221 of the image-side lens group 22.
[0063] Continue to refer to the appendix Figure 1 The optical lens 20 further provides a lens driver 25, and the edge portion of the object-side limiting layer 2321 of the lens assembly 23 is drivably connected to the lens driver 25. When the lens driver 25 is in the working state and applies pressure to the edge portion of the object-side limiting layer 2321 of the lens assembly 23, the edge portion of the object-side limiting layer 2321 has a displacement toward the edge portion of the image-side limiting layer 2322, causing the object-side limiting layer 2321 to bend and deform. Thus, the object-side limiting layer 2321 and the image-side limiting layer 2322 respectively squeeze the deformable light-transmitting body 231 on opposite sides to adjust the radius of curvature of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 and change the light path passing through the optical lens 20, thereby realizing the zoom of the camera module.
[0064] Furthermore, the optical lens 20 provides a lens extension arm 26, which includes a pressure ring 261 and at least one traction portion 262 extending downward from the outside of the pressure ring 261. The pressure ring 261 of the lens extension arm 26 is configured to apply pressure to the object-side limiting layer 2321 of the lens assembly 23. The traction portion 262 is configured to extend from the lens assembly 23 toward the image-side end of the image-side lens group 22, and the traction portion 262 is configured to be connected to the lens driver 25, thereby lowering the height position of the lens driver 25.
[0065] Specifically, see the attached document. Figure 1 The lens driver 25 is disposed outside the image-side lens barrel 221 of the image-side lens assembly 22 and near the image-side end. The free end of the traction portion 262 of the lens extension arm 26 is connected to the lens driver 25, and the connecting end of the traction portion 262 extends upward to the plane where the outer surface of the object-side limiting layer 2321 of the lens assembly 23 is located. The pressure ring 261 of the lens extension arm 26 extends from the connecting end of the traction portion 262 toward the outer surface of the object-side limiting layer 2321 of the lens assembly 23, so that the pressure ring 261 and the object-side limiting layer 2321 overlap in the height direction, thereby allowing the pressure ring 261 of the lens extension arm 26 to apply pressure to the object-side limiting layer 2321 of the lens assembly 23. Preferably, the outer surface of the object-side limiting layer 2321 of the lens assembly 23 is disposed to fit against the surface of the pressure ring 261 of the lens extension arm 26. More preferably, the outer surface of the object-side limiting layer 2321 of the lens assembly 23 and the surface of the pressure ring 261 of the lens extension arm 26 are bonded together.
[0066] Preferably, the pressure ring 261 of the lens extension arm 26 is configured to be circumferentially continuous to ensure that the object-side limiting layer 2321 of the lens assembly 23 is uniformly stressed throughout its circumferential direction. For example, the pressure ring 261 of the lens extension arm 26 is a flat plate with a square or circular shape when viewed from above, and the pressure ring 261 has a light channel corresponding to the center of the lens assembly 23, thus achieving circumferential continuity of the pressure ring 261 without obstructing the light path of the optical lens 20. When the traction portion 262 of the lens extension arm 26 is implemented as one, the traction portion 262 is preferably circumferentially continuous. When the traction portion 262 of the lens extension arm 26 is implemented as two or more, these traction portions 262 are distributed at equal intervals, so that the driving force provided by the lens driver 25 can act uniformly on the lens assembly 23 through the lens extension arm 26, thus preventing the shape of the lens assembly 23 from tilting during adjustment.
[0067] Continue to refer to the appendix Figure 1 The image-side lens group 22 of the camera module of the present invention can be driven to move along the optical axis of the optical lens 20, thereby achieving focusing of the camera module. It is understood that, based on the principle that the optical lens 20 of the present invention allows for zooming of the camera module by adjusting the radius of curvature of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 of the lens assembly 23, the optical lens 20 can reserve a small space for the movement of the image-side lens group 22. This is beneficial for reducing the height of the optical lens 20 and substantially reducing the overall height of the camera module, making the camera module particularly suitable for thinner and lighter electronic devices. Specifically, the optical lens 20 includes a lens driver 27, to which the image-side lens group 22 is drivably connected. The lens driver 27 is used to drive the image-side lens group 22 to move along the optical axis of the optical lens 20 to achieve focusing of the camera module. Preferably, the lens driver 27 is disposed at the image-side end of the image-side lens barrel 221 of the image-side lens group 22.
[0068] In the appendix Figure 1 In this specific example of the camera module shown, the lens driver 25 is positioned above the lens driver 27, meaning the lens driver 25 and the lens driver 27 are arranged in an upper-lower configuration. Alternatively, in other specific examples of the camera module, the lens driver 25 is positioned outside the lens driver 27, meaning the lens driver 25 and the lens driver 27 are arranged in an inner-outer configuration.
[0069] Furthermore, the optical lens 20 includes a housing 28 having an internal space 281 and a through-hole 282 communicating with the internal space 281. The lens assembly 23, the image-side lens group 22, the lens driver 25, the lens extension arm 26, and the lens driver 27 are respectively disposed within the internal space 281 of the housing 28. The object-side lens group 21 is disposed within the housing 28, closing the through-hole 282. Thus, when the shape of the lens assembly 23 is adjusted to achieve zooming of the camera module, the relative positions of the object-side lens group 21 and the photosensitive component 10 remain unchanged. Furthermore, the object-side lens group 21 serves to prevent contaminants such as moisture and / or dust from entering the internal space 281 through the through-hole 282 of the housing 28, thereby achieving waterproofing and dustproofing of the camera module. Optionally, in other examples of the camera module of the present invention, the object-side lens barrel 211 of the object-side lens group 21 may be disposed on the pressure ring 261 of the lens extension arm 26, so that when the pressure ring 261 is disposed to apply pressure to the object-side limiting layer 2321 of the lens assembly 23, the lens extension arm 26 drives the object-side lens group 21 to move synchronously. Optionally, in some other examples of the camera module of the present invention, the object-side lens barrel 211 of the object-side lens group 21 may be directly disposed on the image-side lens barrel 221 of the image-side lens group 22, or the object-side lens barrel 211 of the object-side lens group 21 and the image-side lens barrel 221 of the image-side lens group 22 may be disposed as an integral structure, and the integral lens barrel is provided with a perforation to allow the pressure ring 261 to be retained inside the integral lens barrel and to allow the traction part 262 to be retained outside the integral lens barrel.
[0070] Continue to refer to the appendix Figure 1 The photosensitive component 10 includes a circuit board 11 and a photosensitive chip 12 electrically connected to the circuit board 11. An optical lens 20 is positioned within the light-sensing path of the photosensitive chip 12. Light reflected from an object can enter the camera module through the optical lens 20 and be received by the photosensitive chip 12, which then performs photoelectric conversion to form an image. Preferably, the photosensitive chip 12 is mounted on the circuit board 11 and electrically connected to the circuit board 11 via at least one set of leads 13.
[0071] Furthermore, the photosensitive assembly 10 includes a lens mount 14 having a central through-hole 141. The lens mount 14 is disposed on the circuit board 14, and the central through-hole 141 of the lens mount 14 corresponds to the photosensitive area of the photosensitive chip 12. The optical lens 20 is mounted on the lens mount 14, and the central through-hole 141 of the lens mount 14 forms a light path between the optical lens 20 and the photosensitive chip 12. That is, light reflected by an object, after entering the interior of the camera module through the optical lens 20, can further pass through the central through-hole 141 of the lens mount 14 to reach the photosensitive area of the photosensitive chip 12.
[0072] In the appendix Figure 1 In this preferred example of the camera module shown, the lens mount 14 is integrally formed with the circuit board 11 during the molding process. For example, injection molding allows the lens mount 14 to be integrally formed with the circuit board 11 during molding. This helps to reduce the height of the camera module and enhance the flatness of the circuit board 11 by reinforcing it with the lens mount 14. Preferably, the lens mount 14 further covers the non-photosensitive area of the photosensitive chip 12, which helps to reduce the length and width of the camera module and ensure the flatness of the photosensitive chip 12. Optionally, in other examples of the camera module, the lens mount 14 is a prefabricated part that is mounted on the circuit board 11.
[0073] Furthermore, the photosensitive component 10 includes a filter 15, which may be, but is not limited to, an infrared cut-off filter. The filter 15 is attached to the lens mount 14 and covers the central through-hole 141 of the lens mount 14. Thus, the lens mount 14 holds the filter 15 between the optical lens 20 and the photosensitive chip 12 to filter out infrared light and improve the imaging quality of the camera module.
[0074] Reference Appendix Figure 1 The focusing process of the camera module of the present invention is as follows: the lens driver 27 drives the image-side lens group 22 to move along the optical axis of the optical lens 20, so as to achieve focusing of the camera module by adjusting the distance between the image-side lens group 22 and the photosensitive chip 12.
[0075] The zoom process of the camera module of the present invention is as follows: the lens driver 25 applies pressure to the edge portion of the object-side limiting layer 2321 of the lens assembly 23 through the lens extension arm 26. The object-side limiting layer 2321 of the lens assembly 23 bends and deforms, so that the edge portion of the object-side limiting layer 2321 has a displacement close to the image-side limiting layer 2322, so as to allow the deformable light-transmitting body 231 to be squeezed and adjust the radius of curvature of the deformable light-transmitting body 231, thereby realizing the zoom of the camera module.
[0076] It is understood that, based on the fact that the optical lens 20 of the present invention allows for the adjustment of the radius of curvature of the deformable light-transmitting body 231 of the lens assembly 23 to achieve the zoom of the camera module, the optical lens 20 can reserve a small space for the movement of the image-side lens group 22. On the one hand, this is beneficial to reduce the height of the optical lens 20 and substantially reduce the overall height of the camera module, thereby making the camera module particularly suitable for thinner and lighter electronic devices. On the other hand, it ensures that the lens end face of the optical lens 20 has a small size, so that the camera module can be implemented as a front-facing camera module of an electronic device or in other locations with limited space.
[0077] Appendix Figure 2 The camera module according to the second preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown, along with an attached... Figure 1 Unlike the camera module shown, the lens assembly 23 is disposed at the image-side end of the object-side lens barrel 211 of the object-side lens group 21, allowing the lens assembly 23 to be held between the object-side lens group 21 and the image-side lens group 22. Specifically, the retaining ring 24 is disposed at the image-side end of the object-side lens barrel 211 of the object-side lens group 21, and the object-side limiting layer 2321 of the lens assembly 23 is attached to the retaining ring 24, allowing the lens assembly 23 to be supported by the retaining ring 24. The central channel 241 of the retaining ring 24 corresponds to the center of the object-side lens group 21 and the center of the lens assembly 23, respectively, thus the lens assembly 23 is disposed at the image-side end of the object-side lens barrel 211 of the object-side lens group 21.
[0078] The lens driver 25 is disposed outside the image-side lens barrel 221 of the image-side lens assembly 22 and near the image-side end. The free end of the traction portion 262 of the lens extension arm 26 is connected to the lens driver 25, and the connecting end of the traction portion 262 extends upward to the plane where the outer surface of the image-side limiting layer 2322 of the lens assembly 23 is located. The pressure ring 261 of the lens extension arm 26 extends from the connecting end of the traction portion 262 toward the outer surface of the image-side limiting layer 2322 of the lens assembly 23, so that the pressure ring 261 and the image-side limiting layer 2322 overlap in the height direction, thereby allowing the pressure ring 261 of the lens extension arm 26 to apply pressure to the image-side limiting layer 2322 of the lens assembly 23. Preferably, the outer surface of the image-side limiting layer 2322 of the lens assembly 23 is disposed to fit against the surface of the pressure ring 261 of the lens extension arm 26. More preferably, the outer surface of the image-side limiting layer 2322 of the lens assembly 23 and the surface of the pressure ring 261 of the lens extension arm 26 are bonded together.
[0079] With appendix Figure 1 The difference between the camera module shown and the one in question is that, in the attached... Figure 2 In this specific example of the camera module of the present invention, when the lens driver 25 drives the lens extension arm 26 upward, the pressure ring 261 of the lens extension arm 26 applies pressure to the image-side limiting layer 2322, causing the image-side limiting layer 2322 to bend and deform, allowing the edge of the image-side limiting layer 2322 to have a displacement close to the object-side limiting layer 2321. Thus, the object-side limiting layer 2321 and the image-side limiting layer 2322 press against the deformable light-transmitting body 231 on opposite sides, adjusting the radius of curvature of the deformable light-transmitting body 231. Additionally, with the attached... Figure 1 The difference between the camera module shown and the one in question is that, in the attached... Figure 2 In this specific example of the camera module of the present invention shown, the lens driver 25 and the lens driver 27 are arranged in an inner and outer structure.
[0080] Appendix Figure 3 The camera module according to the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown, along with an attached... Figure 1 Unlike the camera module shown, the optical lens 20 further provides a lens assembly 23 between the image-side lens group 22 and the photosensitive component 10. For ease of explanation and understanding, this lens assembly 23 is defined as an outer lens assembly 23a, that is, the outer lens assembly 23a can be disposed between the image-side lens group 22 and the photosensitive component 10.
[0081] It is worth mentioning that the structure of the outer lens assembly 23a is similar to that of the attached... Figure 1 The lens assemblies 23 shown have the same structure, differing only in their placement and the possible differences in specific parameters resulting from that placement. In other words, the outer lens assembly 23a includes the deformable light-transmitting body 231 and two deformation-limiting layers 232, which are held on opposite sides of the deformable light-transmitting body 231.
[0082] Reference Appendix Figure 3 The optical lens 20 further includes an outer fixing ring 24a, which defines an outer central channel 241a. The outer fixing ring 24a is disposed at the image-side end of the image-side lens barrel 221 of the image-side lens group 22. The object-side limiting layer 2321 of the outer lens assembly 23a is attached to the outer fixing ring 24a to allow the outer lens assembly 23a to be supported by the outer fixing ring 24a. The outer central through hole 241a of the outer fixing ring 24a corresponds to the center of the image-side lens group 22 and the center of the outer lens assembly 23a, respectively. Thus, the outer lens assembly 23a can be disposed at the image-side end of the image-side lens barrel 221 of the image-side lens group 22.
[0083] The optical lens 20 further provides an outer lens driver 25a, wherein the edge portion of the image-side limiting layer 2322 of the outer lens assembly 23a is drivably connected to the outer lens driver 25a. When the outer lens driver 25a is in the working state and applies pressure to the edge portion of the image-side limiting layer 2322 of the outer lens assembly 23a, the edge portion of the image-side limiting layer 2322 has a displacement toward the edge portion of the object-side limiting layer 2321, causing the image-side limiting layer 2322 to bend and deform.
[0084] The optical lens 20 further provides an outer lens extension arm 26a. The pressure ring 261 of the outer lens extension arm 26a is configured to apply pressure to the edge portion of the image-side limiting layer 2322 of the outer lens assembly 23a. The traction portion 262 of the outer lens extension arm 26a is configured to extend from the outer lens assembly 23a toward the object-side end of the image-side lens group 22. The traction portion 262 is configured to connect to the outer lens driver 25a, thereby raising the height position of the outer lens driver 25a.
[0085] Specifically, see the attached document. Figure 3 The outer lens driver 25a is disposed outside the image-side lens barrel 221 of the image-side lens assembly 22 and near the image-side end. The free end of the traction portion 262 of the outer lens extension arm 26a is connected to the outer lens driver 25a, and the connection end of the traction portion 262 extends downward to the plane where the outer surface of the image-side limiting layer 2322 of the lens assembly 23a is located. The pressure ring 261 of the outer lens extension arm 26a extends from the connection end of the traction portion 262 toward the outer surface of the image-side limiting layer 2322 of the outer lens assembly 23a, so that the pressure ring 261 and the image-side limiting layer 2322 have an overlapping portion in the height direction, so that the pressure ring 261 of the outer lens extension arm 26a can apply pressure to the image-side limiting layer 2322 of the outer lens assembly 23a. Preferably, the outer surface of the image-side limiting layer 2322 of the outer lens assembly 23a is disposed and adheres to the surface of the pressure ring 261 of the outer lens extension arm 26a. More preferably, the outer surface of the image-side limiting layer 2322 of the outer lens assembly 23a and the surface of the pressure ring 261 of the outer lens extension arm 26a are bonded together.
[0086] Appendix Figure 4 The camera module according to the fourth preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown, along with an attached... Figure 1 Unlike the camera module shown, the optical lens 20 further includes a synchronization unit 29. The synchronization unit 29 includes a frame 291 and a connecting arm 292. The two ends of the connecting arm 292 extend to be connected to the object-side lens barrel 211 of the object-side lens group 21 and the frame 291, respectively. The image-side lens barrel 221 of the image-side lens group 22 is mounted on the frame 291. Thus, the synchronization unit 29 is used to synchronize the movement states of the object-side lens group 21 and the image-side lens group 22. The frame 291 of the synchronization unit 29 is drivably connected to the lens driver 27, wherein when the lens driver 27 is in operation, the lens driver 27 can drive the object-side lens group 21 and the image-side lens group 22 to move synchronously and with the same amplitude along the optical axis of the optical lens 20.
[0087] Furthermore, the synchronization unit 29 includes a guide shaft 293 extending upward from the frame 291, and the extension direction of the guide shaft 293 is consistent with the optical axis direction of the optical lens 20. The traction portion 262 of the lens extension arm 26 can be restricted by the guide shaft 293 so that when the lens driver 25 drives the traction portion 262, the guide shaft 293 restricts the traction portion 262 to move only along the optical axis direction of the optical lens 20, thus preventing tilting when the lens extension arm 26 applies pressure to the edge portion of the deformation limiting layer 232 of the lens assembly 23. For example, the traction portion 262 may have a perforation, and the guide shaft 293 can pass through the perforation of the traction portion 262, thus allowing the traction portion 262 to be restricted by the guide shaft 293.
[0088] In addition, the optical lens 20 further includes a stabilization motor 201, and the frame 291 of the synchronization unit 29 is drivably connected to the stabilization motor 201, wherein the stabilization motor 201 drives the frame 291 to move along the horizontal direction (the X and Y directions perpendicular to the optical axis of the optical lens 20 are defined as the horizontal direction in this invention) to achieve image stabilization of the optical lens 20.
