A new type of ultra-light high-strength composite formwork support system

Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of building construction, and particularly relates to a novel super-light high-strength composite formwork support system, which comprises a bearing formwork, a composite support beam arranged on the lower surface of the bearing formwork, a lower support column arranged on the lower side of the composite support beam, and a bearing scaffold arranged on the lower side of the lower support column; wherein the lower support column is perpendicular to the composite support beam, the composite support beam comprises a hollow steel pipe and a wooden beam inserted into the steel pipe, the two ends of the wooden beam extend to the outside of the steel pipe, and the outer wall of the wooden beam is coated with a reinforcing ring. The conventional steel pipe and wooden beam are combined for use, so that the formed steel-wood package (i.e. the composite support beam) can maintain the basic structural strength of the steel-wood package, a side plate is arranged on the side of the steel pipe, the side plate is connected to the lower surface of the bearing formwork through connecting nails, the wooden beam of the steel-wood package is protected, the steel-wood package structure can be used repeatedly, and damage to the steel-wood package itself is avoided.
