An online life management method for vulnerable parts of an automatic welding equipment for woodworking tools

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of cutting tool manufacturing technology, specifically disclosing an online lifespan management method for vulnerable parts of an automatic welding equipment for woodworking tools. The method includes the following steps: a first data acquisition unit collects the cumulative number of operations for the vulnerable parts; the first data acquisition unit sends the collected cumulative number of operations to a controller; the controller issues a warning signal and controls the welding equipment to stop working when the cumulative number of operations reaches or exceeds a preset lifespan. Each vulnerable part has its own corresponding first data acquisition unit for collecting the cumulative number of operations, and the controller can adjust the preset lifespan for different vulnerable parts. This solution addresses the problem in the prior art where the determination of whether a vulnerable part on a positioning fixture has failed is inaccurate due to visual inspection by workers.
