Abstract

The invention discloses a kind of high-flow low-shrinkage ultra-high performance concrete, which includes the following components by weight: 700-800 parts of cement, 120-150 parts of silica fume, 110-130 parts of fly ash microbeads, 90-110 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 1000 parts of micro-active high-strength microporous composite aggregate, 180-200 parts of water, 8.5-12.5 parts of polycarboxylate water reducer; and steel fiber accounting for 2.5-3.0% of the volume of the low-shrinkage ultra-high performance concrete; the micro-active high-strength microporous composite aggregate is mixed by cement clinker and high-alumina bauxite aggregate according to the mass ratio of (1-3): (7-9). The high-flow low-shrinkage ultra-high performance concrete obtained by the present invention can effectively take into account good mechanical properties, working performance and volume stability, etc., and the preparation method involved is relatively simple and easy to operate, which can provide a new idea for the preparation of ultra-high performance concrete.
