Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of hydraulic oil cylinders and discloses a buffer hydraulic oil cylinder structure, which comprises a cylinder body, a guide seat, an upper cover plate, a rear cylinder cover and an oil cylinder push rod which is slidably connected through a piston cylinder body, one end of the oil cylinder push rod in the inner cavity of the cylinder body is a stepped shaft, the piston is threadedly connected to the stepped shaft of the oil cylinder push rod, a buffer sleeve is arranged on the stepped shaft of the push rod oil rod close to the end face of the piston, the guide seat is arranged between the cylinder body and the upper cover plate, one end of the guide seat in the inner cavity of the cylinder body is provided with a first buffer cavity, a first damping hole is in communication with one end of the guide seat close to the first buffer cavity, a second buffer cavity is arranged between the rear cylinder cover and the piston, a second damping hole is arranged on the rear cylinder cover, and the second damping hole is in communication with a lower cavity oil port. The buffer hydraulic oil cylinder structure can realize the buffer function of the oil cylinder push rod in the hydraulic cylinder at two ends, plays a double-acting buffer role, improves the buffer effect, and has good stability in repeated use.
