An adaptive telescopic climbing tower assembly device and method

Abstract

This invention discloses an adaptive telescopic climbing tower assembly device and method. The device includes a climbing device, a telescopic device, an external attachment platform, and a lifting device. The fixed end of the climbing device is connected to the tower, and the lifting end of the climbing device moves along the inclined members of the tower. Both ends of the device are detachably and fixedly connected to the lifting end of the climbing device. The lifting device is fixedly installed on the external attachment platform. The method includes: installing the first layer of tower material; installing the climbing device onto the inclined members of the first layer of tower material; installing the second layer of tower material; moving the telescopic device upward to a set position; controlling the climbing device to shorten; repeating until the installation is completed. This invention can adapt to tower cross-sections of different widths, ultimately making the tower assembly device suitable for construction platforms in steep terrain for the construction of transmission tower bodies. Simultaneously, the platform has a self-climbing function, eliminating uncontrollable factors and ensuring the safety and feasibility of tower assembly in mountainous areas.
