Abstract

The application relates to the field of diamond wire cutting, in particular to a winding mechanism for a diamond wire cutting machine, which comprises a base, the top end of the base is fixedly connected with a track, the top end of the track is slidably provided with a support, the inner wall of the support is rotationally connected with a winding drum, the side of the winding drum is movably provided with a limiting mechanism, the top end of the base is fixedly connected with a winding plate, the side of the winding plate is perpendicularly rotationally connected with a winding wheel, and the side of the winding wheel is movably provided with a cutting mechanism. The winding mechanism for the diamond wire cutting machine is provided with the limiting mechanism, so that when a staff member installs a diamond cutting wire, the whole winding wheel can be controlled to be in a locked state, the winding wheel rotates by itself, and the installation of the cutting wire is affected; through the setting of the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft in the cutting mechanism, the cutting wire is driven, the clamping piece is triggered, the inner wall of the movable bin clamps the cutting wire, and the cutting wire is prevented from being broken after cutting.
