Trilysine acetate, its preparation method and application

Abstract

This invention relates to chemical synthesis, specifically to trilysine acetate, its preparation method, and its applications. Trilysine acetate is shown in formula TLYS. Its crystal form A, when subjected to Cu-Kα radiation, exhibits characteristic peaks at 20.227, 23.194, and 23.686 degrees of X-ray powder diffraction at diffraction angles of 2θ, with an error range of ±0.2 for each characteristic peak. The trilysine acetate and its crystal form A provided by this invention possess good physical stability, low hygroscopicity, and are easy to store, avoiding the risk of crystal transformation during drug development and production.
