Vehicle information matching method, system and medium based on checkpoint video and radar

Abstract

This invention discloses a method, system, and medium for vehicle information matching based on checkpoint video and radar, relating to the field of vehicle information matching technology. The method includes the following steps: calibrating the area where checkpoint video detects vehicles entering the target intersection; acquiring the radar vehicle trajectory and corresponding first matching index entering the calibrated area, and acquiring the vehicle information and second matching index detected by the checkpoint video; comparing the first and second matching indices, and selecting matching trajectories that meet the requirements, including main trajectories and license plate data; generating a sequence set based on the vehicle information data detected by the video, and performing radar video license plate matching according to the order in which vehicles enter the intersection to obtain the final matching result. The invention identifies vehicle information entering the detection area and matches the identified vehicle information with the radar vehicle trajectory to obtain the matching result. This invention can reduce the impact of jumps and lower the requirements for real-time video data.
