Description

[0001] This application is a divisional application of the original invention patent application No. 201980050875.3 (International Application No.: PCT / KR2019 / 009500, Application Date: July 30, 2019, Invention Title: Clothing Processing Equipment). Technical Field

[0002] This disclosure relates to a garment processing device. Background Technology

[0003] Generally, garment processing equipment is configured to perform various tasks related to clothing. Conceptually, garment processing equipment includes: washing machines for washing clothes; clothes dryers for drying wet clothes; and refurbishing machines for removing odors or wrinkles from clothes.

[0004] Traditional garment processing equipment is designed to include: a drum that provides space to hold garments; a drive unit that rotates the drum; and a supply unit that supplies steam or hot air to the drum. In garment processing equipment with this structure, steam or hot air must be supplied to the garments while the drum is rotating. Therefore, the garments entering the drum are not in a stretched state, and thus still have wrinkles.

[0005] To address this problem, a conventional garment processing device is designed to include: a cabinet; a first chamber arranged within the cabinet to provide space for storing garments therein; a second chamber arranged within the cabinet to provide space separate from the first chamber; and a supply unit arranged in the second chamber to supply steam or hot air to the first chamber.

[0006] The garment processing equipment with the above structure (such as that disclosed in Korean Patent Application Publication No. 10-2011-0067833) allows the garment to remain stretched in the first chamber, thereby solving the problem of deodorization and wrinkle removal in conventional equipment when the drum is rotating.

[0007] However, traditional garment processing equipment supplies steam and hot air to the first chamber while receiving garments. A drawback is that the first chamber may be uninsulated because there is no separate insulation material between the cabinet and the first chamber. Therefore, traditional garment processing equipment may suffer from low energy efficiency.

[0008] Furthermore, in traditional garment processing equipment, the cabinet, first chamber, and second chamber are fixed to a frame arranged between the cabinet and the chambers. Therefore, when the garment processing equipment vibrates, the cabinet, which is made of metal plates, amplifies the vibration and noise.

[0009] In addition, traditional garment processing equipment has the disadvantage that it requires separate components to strengthen the cabinet in order to minimize the vibration or noise caused by the cabinet. Summary of the Invention

[0049] Preferred embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The construction or control methods of the device described below are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure. The same reference numerals used herein represent the same elements.

[0050] like Figure 1 As shown, the garment handling apparatus 100 according to this disclosure includes: a cabinet 1 defining the exterior of the apparatus; and a first chamber 29 disposed inside the cabinet to provide space therein for storing garments. Figure 2 As shown, the second chamber 39 is arranged below the first chamber, defining a space separate from the first chamber and within the cabinet. The second chamber 39 contains supply units 7 and 8 configured to supply at least one of moisture and air to the first chamber 29. Figure 2 and Figure 3 The illustration shows a configuration where both the air supply unit 7 and the moisture supply unit 8 are arranged in the second chamber 39.

[0051] like Figure 2As shown, the air supply unit 7 may be configured to include: circulation ducts 71, 72 and 74 arranged in the second chamber 39; a heat exchanger 77 that sequentially dehumidifies and heats the air introduced into the circulation ducts; and a water collector 79 that discharges condensate generated from the heat exchanger to the outside of the second chamber 39.

[0052] The circulation conduit can be configured to include: an intake conduit 71 configured to communicate with the first chamber 29; an exhaust conduit 72 configured to communicate with the first chamber 29; and a connecting conduit 74 that connects the intake conduit and the exhaust conduit to each other.

[0053] Fan 741 is arranged at the circulation duct to move air from the first chamber 29 sequentially along the intake duct, connecting duct and exhaust duct. Figure 2 An embodiment is shown in which the fan 741 is installed at the connecting pipe 74.

[0054] The heat exchanger 77 can be implemented as any device that dehumidifies the air introduced into the intake duct 71 and heats the dehumidified air. Figure 2 An embodiment of heat exchanger 77 implemented as a heat pump is shown.

[0055] in other words, Figure 2 The heat exchanger 77 can be configured to include: a refrigerant pipe 777 defining a circulation path for the refrigerant; a first heat exchanger 771 fixed to the refrigerant pipe and disposed within a connecting pipe 74; a second heat exchanger 773 fixed to the refrigerant pipe and disposed between the first heat exchanger 771 and the fan 741; a compressor 775 allowing refrigerant to circulate along the refrigerant pipe between the two heat exchangers 771 and 773; and a pressure regulator (not shown) controlling the pressure of the refrigerant pipe. The compressor 775 and the pressure regulator can be disposed outside the circulation pipes 71, 72, and 74.

[0056] The first heat exchanger 771 can be implemented as an evaporator that transfers heat from the air flowing into the suction pipe 71 to the refrigerant to cool the air and evaporate the refrigerant. In this case, the moisture contained in the air will travel along the surface of the first heat exchanger 771 and be collected on the bottom surface of the connecting pipe 74.

[0057] The second heat exchanger 773 can be implemented as a condenser that transfers the heat of the refrigerant that has passed through the compressor 775 to the air that has passed through the first heat exchanger, thereby heating the air and condensing the refrigerant.

[0058] like Figure 3As shown, circulation pipes 71, 72, and 74, as well as compressor 775, can be secured to a receiving body 78 disposed within the second chamber 39. The receiving body 78 can be configured to be withdrawn from the second chamber 39 when a portion 14b of the rear panel 14 defining the rear surface of the cabinet 1 is removed from the cabinet.

[0059] The user removes the air supply unit 7 from the second chamber 39 by pulling the receiving body 78 out of the second chamber. Therefore, the receiving body 78 facilitates inspection of the air supply unit 7. Furthermore, a control unit 781 controlling various devices (including the heat exchanger 77) arranged in the garment handling equipment 100 can also be arranged on the receiving body 78. In this case, the control unit 781 is preferably arranged in a position such that the control unit is exposed to the outside when the rear panel portion 14b is separated from the cabinet 1.

[0060] like Figure 2 As shown, the water collector 79 may be configured to include: a drain tank 791 disposed outside the second chamber 39 to provide space therein for storing water; a drain tank through-hole passing through the drain tank 791; a first discharge pipe 799a inserted into the drain tank through-hole; a second discharge pipe 799b that discharges condensate from the first heat exchanger 771 to the outside of the circulation pipe; and a discharge pump 799 that moves the condensate discharged into the second discharge pipe 799b to the first discharge pipe 799a.

[0061] The drain tank 791 can be removably disposed on the front surface of the cabinet 1. In this case, a check valve 797 can be disposed at the drain tank through-hole. The check valve 797 is configured to allow the first drain pipe 799a to be inserted into the drain tank through-hole, but to prevent water in the drain tank from being discharged through the drain tank through-hole. Therefore, when the drain tank 791 is connected to the front surface of the cabinet, the control unit 781 will be able to transfer condensate in the circulation pipe to the drain tank 791 by means of the drain pump 799.

[0062] A drain hole 793 is defined in one surface of the drain tank 791, which drains condensate stored in the drain tank 791. Figure 2 An embodiment is shown in which the drain hole 793 is defined in the top surface of the drain tank. The drain hole 793 can be opened and closed by means of a cap 795 removably arranged on the drain tank.

[0063] Furthermore, the air supply unit 7 can be configured to dehumidify the air in the indoor space where the clothing treatment device 100 according to the present disclosure is installed. For this purpose, the air supply unit 7 may further include: an external air duct 76 communicating the circulation ducts 71, 72, and 74 to the outside of the second chamber 39; a first valve 711 controlling the opening and closing of the intake duct 71; and a second valve 761 controlling the opening and closing of the external air duct 76. The first valve 711 and the second valve 761 can be configured to open or close the corresponding ducts 71 and 76 respectively under the control of the control unit 781.

[0064] The moisture supply unit 8 included in the garment processing apparatus according to the present disclosure can be configured to supply heated water vapor (steam) to the first chamber, and can also be configured to supply unheated water vapor (mist) to the first chamber. Figure 3 An embodiment is shown in which the water supply unit 8 is configured to supply steam generated by heating water to the first chamber.

[0065] That is, the water supply unit 8 may include: a steam generator 81 arranged in the second chamber 39 to generate steam; a steam sprayer 84 that discharges steam supplied from the steam generator to the first chamber 29; and a water supply unit 86 that supplies water to the steam generator.

[0066] The steam generator 81 may include: a water reservoir 811 providing space for storing water therein; and a heater 813 configured to heat the water in the water reservoir 811. The water reservoir 811 has: an inlet 811a through which water flows into the water reservoir 811; and a steam outlet 811b through which steam is discharged from the water reservoir 811. The water reservoir 811 may be fixed to a receiving body 78 and may be fixed to a connecting pipe 74.

[0067] The steam sprayer 84 may include: a spray body 841, one end of which is fixed to the bottom surface 297 of the first chamber and the other end of which is fixed to the top surface of the second chamber 39; a supply pipe 843 that supplies steam to the spray body 841; and a spray orifice 847 that discharges the steam discharged from the spray body 841 into the first chamber 29. In this case, the supply pipe 843 may be connected to the steam discharge orifice 811b via a connecting pipe 845.

[0068] When the circulation pipe is detachably arranged in the through hole (the hole communicating with the first chamber) defined in the top surface of the second chamber 39, and when the connecting pipe 845 is long enough, the user will be able to extend the receiving body 78 from the second chamber 39 to extract the air supply unit 7 and the moisture supply unit 8 from the second chamber.

[0069] The water supply unit 86 may be configured to include: a water supply tank 861 disposed outside the second chamber 39; and a supply pump 869 that supplies water stored in the water supply tank 861 to a water storage tank 811.

[0070] The water supply tank 861 can be removably arranged on the front surface of the cabinet 1. In this case, the water supply tank 861 may have: a water supply tank through-hole; and a check valve 867 for opening and closing the water supply tank through-hole. The water supply unit 86 may be configured to include: a first supply pipe 869a inserted into the water supply tank through-hole; a second supply pipe 869b connected to the inlet 811a; and a supply pump 869 for moving water flowing into the first supply pipe 869a to the second supply pipe 869b.

[0071] The check valve 867 is configured to open the water supply tank through-hole only when the first supply pipe 869a is inserted into the water supply tank through-hole. Therefore, when the water supply tank 861 is connected to the front surface of the cabinet, the control unit 781 will be able to supply water to the water storage tank 811 via the supply pump 869.

[0072] A water supply hole 863 is defined in one surface of the water supply tank 861. Figure 3 An embodiment is shown in which a water supply hole 863 is defined in the top surface of a water supply tank. The water supply hole 863 can be opened and closed by a cap 865 removably arranged on the water supply tank.

[0073] like Figure 1 As shown, the first chamber 29 can receive a clothing support to support clothing. The clothing support can be configured to include at least one of a first support 6a and a second support 6b.

[0074] The first support member 6a may include: a support plate detachably connected to the first chamber 29; and a support plate through-hole configured to extend through the support plate. The second support member 6b may include: a support rod 66 on which the hook H2 of the clothes hanger H1 is detachably supported; a first connector 62 and a second connector 64 for connecting the two ends of the support rod 66 to the top surface of the first chamber 29, respectively; and drive units 67, 68 and 69 for moving the support rod 66 along the width direction (X-axis direction) of the first chamber 29.

[0075] like Figure 2 As shown, the second support member 6b can be fixed to the support frame 61, which is fixedly arranged between the top surface of the cabinet 1 and the top surface of the first chamber 29. Figure 4As shown, the support frame 61 may have a first support frame through hole 611 and a second support frame through hole 613 spaced apart from each other along the width direction (X-axis direction) of the first chamber. In this case, the first connector 62 is installed in the first support frame through hole 611. The second connector 64 is installed in the second support frame through hole 613. That is, the first connector 62 may be implemented as a first connecting rod 623 inserted into the first support frame through hole 611 and fixed to the support frame 61. The second connector 64 may be implemented as a second connecting rod 643 inserted into the second support frame through hole 613 and fixed to the support frame 61.

[0076] The first connecting rod 623 can be rotatably connected to the first fixing part 621 fixed to the through hole 611 of the first support frame. The second connecting rod 643 can be rotatably connected to the second fixing part 641 fixed to the through hole 613 of the second support frame.

[0077] In order to arrange the bottom of the first connecting rod 623 inside the first chamber 29 and the top of the first connecting rod 623 above the support frame 61, the first fixing part 621 may have a columnar shape with an open top surface and a bottom surface.

[0078] Similarly, in order to arrange the bottom of the second connecting rod 643 inside the first chamber 29 and the top of the second connecting rod 643 above the support frame 61, the second fixing part 641 may have a columnar shape with an open top surface and a bottom surface.

[0079] The support rod 66 can be fixed at one end to the bottom of the first connecting rod 623 and at the other end to the bottom of the second connecting rod 643. The support rod 66 can have a hanger slot 661 defined therein, in which a hanger hook H2 is detachably accommodated.

[0081] The vibrator 68 includes: a first housing 681 disposed above the motor 67; and a second housing 682 and a third housing 683 fixed to the first housing 681 and respectively disposed on opposite sides of the first housing 681. Figure 5 As shown in (a), the first housing 681 receives: a drive gear 684a that rotates by means of a motor's rotating shaft 671; and a first driven gear 684b and a second driven gear 684c respectively arranged on opposite sides of the drive gear.

[0082] The first vibrating body is arranged inside the second housing 682. The second vibrating body is arranged inside the third housing 683.

[0083] The first vibrating body may be configured to include: a first gear 685 disposed within a second housing 682 and rotatable by means of a first driven gear 684b; and a first counterweight 686 fixed to the first gear 685. Similarly, the second vibrating body may be configured to include: a second gear 687 disposed within a third housing 683 and rotatable by means of a second driven gear 684c; and a second counterweight 688 fixed to the second gear 687. The first counterweight 686 may refer to means for positioning the center of gravity of the first gear 685 between the center of rotation of the first gear 685 and the edge of the first gear. The second counterweight 688 may refer to means for positioning the center of gravity of the second gear 687 between the center of rotation of the second gear 687 and the edge of the second gear.

[0084] Figure 5 An embodiment is shown in which each of the first counterweight 686 and the second counterweight 688 has a semi-circular shape. In this case, the first counterweight 686 and the second counterweight 688 should be arranged 180 degrees apart from each other. That is, the first counterweight 686 can be fixed to the first gear 685 with its surface facing the +X axis, while the second counterweight 688 can be fixed to the second gear 687 with its surface facing the -X axis.

[0085] The power transmission device 69 may include: a transmission rod 691, which is arranged above the first housing 681 of the vibrator and connects the first connecting rod 623 and the second connecting rod 643 to each other; a slot 693 defined in the transmission rod 691; and a slot protrusion 695, which protrudes from the first housing 681 and inserts into the slot 693. The slot 693 may extend along a Z-axis direction orthogonal to the direction of movement of the support rod 66. The length of the slot 693 may be set to be equal to the displacement of the slot protrusion 695 in the Z-axis direction, or may be set to be greater than the displacement of the slot protrusion 695 in the Z-axis direction.

[0086] like Figure 5 As shown in (b), in the second support 6b having the above structure, when the motor's rotating shaft 671 rotates counterclockwise, the first counterweight 686 and the second counterweight 688 also rotate counterclockwise via gears 684a, 684b, 684c, 685, and 687. The first counterweight 686 and the second counterweight 688 are always oriented with their surfaces facing opposite directions. Therefore, when the drive gear 684a rotates, the first housing 681 alternately repeats clockwise rotations of less than 90 degrees and counterclockwise rotations of less than 90 degrees. When the first housing 681 alternately repeats clockwise rotations of less than 90 degrees and counterclockwise rotations of less than 90 degrees, the slotted protrusion 695 protruding from the first housing can reciprocate along an arc.

[0087] In one embodiment, the length of the slot 693 is set to be greater than the Z-axis displacement of the slot protrusion 695, and the transmission rod 691 will reciprocate along the X-axis direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the slot 693. Because the support rod 66 arranged in the first chamber 29 is connected to the transmission rod 691 via the first connecting rod 623 and the second connecting rod 643, the support rod 66 will reciprocate along the width direction of the first chamber. Therefore, the device according to this disclosure can agitate the clothing in the first chamber 29, thus separating dirt from the clothing. Furthermore, when water is supplied to the first chamber 29 while agitating the clothing, wrinkles on the clothing can be removed more effectively.

[0088] like Figure 6 As shown, the cabinet 1 includes a cabinet body 11 defining a top surface and two side surfaces. The cabinet body 11 includes: a top panel 111 defining the top surface of the garment handling device 100; and a first side panel 112 and a second side panel 113 defining the left and right sides of the garment handling device, respectively. The top panel 111, the first side panel 112, and the second side panel 113 may be integral with each other or may be assembled with each other to define a single cabinet body 11. Figure 6 An embodiment in which the top panel, the first side panel, and the second side panel are integrally formed is shown.

[0089] The cabinet 1 includes: a bottom panel 16 that defines the bottom surface of the garment handling device 100 and is connected to the cabinet body 11; and a rear panel 14 that defines the rear surface of the garment handling device 100 and is connected to the cabinet body 11.

[0090] The cabinet 1 houses: a first chamber limiting structure 2 that defines a first chamber 29; and a second chamber limiting structure 3 that defines a second chamber 39.

[0091] The first chamber defining structure 2 includes: a first base 21 fixed to the cabinet 1 and located on the front surface of the cabinet; a clothing inlet 22 extending through the first base and communicating with the first chamber 29; a box receiving section 23 arranged below the clothing inlet to provide space therein for accommodating a drain box 791 and a water supply box 861; and a first external air intake vent 24 defined below the box receiving section and communicating with an external air duct 76.

[0092] The second chamber defining structure 3 may include second bases 31, 32, 34, and 36 for defining a second chamber 39 below the first chamber 29. In other words, the second base may include: a front frame 32 disposed between the first base 21 and the rear panel 14; a top frame 31 extending from the front frame 32 toward the rear panel 14 and spaced apart from the bottom surface of the first chamber 29; a first side frame 34 fixed to the two frames 31 and 32 and spaced apart from the first side panel 112; and a second side frame 36 fixed to the two frames 31 and 32 and spaced apart from the second side panel 113. In this configuration, the second chamber 39 will be defined by the front frame 32, the top frame 31, the first side frame 34, the second side frame 36, the bottom panel 16, and the rear panel 14.

[0093] The rear panel 14 may include: a first rear panel 14a defining the upper rear surface of the cabinet; and a second rear panel 14b disposed below the first rear panel and defining the lower rear surface of the cabinet. The first rear panel 14a may be configured to be disposed at the rear of the first chamber 29. The second rear panel 14b may be configured to define the rear surface of the second chamber 39.

[0094] The bottom panel 16 can be configured to include: a first bottom panel 16a on which legs 18 and 19 are supported; and a second bottom panel 16b connected to the first bottom panel 16a.

[0095] The first bottom panel 16a may have: a front surface fixed to the first base 21; a rear surface fixed to the front frame 32 of the second base; and two side surfaces fixed to the bottom of the first side panel 112 and the bottom of the second side panel 113, respectively. Therefore, the first bottom panel 16a can maintain the spacing between the front panel 211 and the front frame 32.

[0096] The second bottom panel 16b may be disposed below the second bases 31, 32, 34 and 36, and may have: a front surface connected to the rear surface of the first bottom panel 16a; and two side surfaces respectively fixed to the bottom surface of the first side frame 34 and the bottom surface of the second side frame. However, the two side surfaces of the second bottom panel 16b may be configured to be fixed to the first side panel 112 and the second side panel 113 respectively.

[0097] A first leg 18 and a second leg 19, mounted on the bottom surface of the interior for supporting the garment handling equipment 100, are fixed to a first bottom panel 16a. A second bottom panel 16b may be provided with casters 168 to facilitate movement of the garment handling equipment. In this configuration, the second chamber 39 is defined by a front frame 32, a top frame 31, a first side frame 34, a second side frame 36, a second bottom panel 16b, and a second rear panel 14b.

[0098] The first leg 18 and the second leg 19 can be configured to adjust the distance between the bottom surface of the mounting space for the garment handling equipment and the first bottom panel 16a. A connecting hole 142 can be defined in the rear panel 14b to connect the interior of the second chamber 39 to the outside.

[0099] like Figure 7 As shown, front top panel fastener 114, first front fastener 116a, and second front fastener 118a can be respectively arranged on the front of top panel 111, front of first side panel 112, and front of second side panel 113. The top and both sides of the first base 21 can be connected to the cabinet 1 via front top panel fastener 114, first front fastener 116a, and second front fastener 118a.

[0100] Rear top panel fastener 115, first rear fastener 116b, and second rear fastener 118b can be respectively arranged behind the top panel 111, behind the first side panel 112, and behind the second side panel 113. For example... Figure 8 As shown, the first rear panel 14a has: a top rear panel fastener 145 connected to a rear top panel fastener 115; a first rear panel fastener 147 connected to a first rear fastener 116b; and a second rear panel fastener 149 connected to a second rear fastener 118b. In one embodiment, the bottom of the first rear panel 14a is secured to the rear surface of the top frame 31 constituting the second chamber defining structure via a bottom rear panel fastener 148.

[0101] In one embodiment, the rear surfaces 343 and 363 of the second bases 31, 32, 33, and 34 can be secured to the cabinet 1 via a first rear fastener 116b and a second rear fastener 118b. The second rear panel 14b can be removably attached to the rear surfaces 343 and 363 of the second bases via a base fastener 146. One embodiment of the base fastener 146 can be a bolt securing the second rear panel 14b to the rear surfaces 343 and 363 of the second bases.

[0102] like Figure 9 As shown, the first bottom fastener 116c and the second bottom fastener 118c can be respectively disposed on the bottom of the first side panel 112 and the bottom of the second side panel 113. The first bottom panel 16a and the bottom surfaces 347 and 367 of the second base can be fixed to the cabinet via the first bottom fastener 116c and the second bottom fastener 118c respectively.

[0103] That is, the first bottom panel 16a includes: a panel body 161; a front bottom panel fastener 162 disposed on the front surface of the panel body 161 and connected to the bottom of the first base 21; a front frame fastener 165 disposed on the rear surface of the panel body 161 and fixed to the front frame 32 of the second chamber defining structure; a first bottom panel fastener 167 disposed on one side surface of the panel body 161 and connected to a first bottom fastener 116c; and a second bottom panel fastener 169 disposed on the opposite side surface of the panel body 161 and connected to a second bottom fastener 118c.

[0104] One end of the second bottom panel 16b can be connected to a panel connector 163 disposed on the panel body 161. [0106] The first base 21 may include: a front panel 211 that defines the front surface of the cabinet 1; and a top front panel fastener 213, a first front panel fastener 215, a second front panel fastener 217 and a bottom front panel fastener 219 arranged along the edge of the front panel.

[0107] Top front panel fastener 213 is connected to front top panel fastener 114. First front panel fastener 215 is connected to the first front fastener 116a of the cabinet. Second front panel fastener 217 is connected to the second front fastener 118a of the cabinet. Bottom front panel fastener 219 is connected to front bottom panel fastener 162.

[0108] The clothing inlet 22 can be implemented as a through-hole passing through the front panel 211. For example... Figure 7 As shown, the first chamber 29 may include: a top surface 291, which is fixed to the front panel 211 and disposed on top of the clothing inlet 22; a bottom surface 297, which is fixed to the front panel 211 and disposed at the bottom of the clothing inlet 22; a first side surface 293 and a second side surface 295, which are fixed to the front panel 211 and connect the top surface and the bottom surface to each other; and a rear surface 298, which is fixed to the four surfaces 291, 293, 295 and 297.

[0109] The ceiling surface 291 may have: a first rod through hole 291a, into which a first connecting rod 623 of the second support member 6b is inserted; and a second rod through hole 291b, into which a second connecting rod 643 of the second support member 6b is inserted. Furthermore, the ceiling surface 291 may have a lamp insertion hole 291c, into which a lamp 299 configured to illuminate the interior of the first chamber 29 is inserted.

[0110] like Figure 10 As shown, the bottom surface 297 of the chamber may have a first chamber through hole 297a, a second chamber through hole 297b and a third chamber through hole 297c.

[0111] The first chamber through-hole 297a can refer to a device for supplying air from the first chamber 29 to the suction pipe 71 arranged in the second chamber 39. The second chamber through-hole 297b can refer to a device for introducing air discharged from the discharge pipe 72 arranged in the second chamber 39 into the first chamber 29. The third chamber through-hole 297c can refer to a space for the top surface of the spray body 841 to be fixedly arranged. Steam exiting the spray hole 847 can be supplied to the first chamber 29 through the third chamber through-hole 297c.

[0112] The receiving section 23 located below the clothing inlet 22 may include a receiving groove 231, which is implemented as a groove recessed into the surface of the front panel 211 toward the second chamber defining structure 3. The receiving groove 231 provides space for removably accommodating the drain tank 791 and the water supply tank 861.

[0113] The receiving slot 231 may include a second chamber communication hole 233 configured to communicate with the second chamber 39. The first discharge pipe 799a of the air supply unit and the first supply pipe 869a of the moisture supply unit may be connected to the housings 791 and 861 respectively via the second chamber communication hole 233.

[0114] like Figure 7 As shown, the second chamber communication hole 233 can be covered by a communication hole cover 235 detachably connected to the front panel 211. In this case, the first discharge pipe 799a and the first supply pipe 869a should be configured to extend through the communication hole cover 235.

[0115] The clothing inlet 22 and the box receiving section 23 can be configured to be opened and closed by a door 4 rotatably connected to at least one of the first base 21 or the cabinet 1.

[0116] like Figure 6As shown, door 4 is configured to simultaneously open or close the clothing inlet 22 and the box receiving section 23. For this purpose, door 4 may include a door body 41, which is configured to correspond in shape to the front surface of the cabinet 1. Door body 41 can be rotatably fixed to the cabinet 1 or the first base 21 by means of a first hinge 52 and a second hinge 58.

[0117] Figure 6 An embodiment is shown in which a first hinge 52 and a second hinge 58 secure the door body 41 to the first base 21. In this case, the first hinge 52 may be arranged at the top of the clothing inlet 22, while the second hinge 58 may be arranged at the bottom of the box receiving portion 23.

[0118] Door 4 may also include a control panel 43 fixed to door body 41. Control panel 43 may include: input interfaces 433, 435, and 437 for receiving control commands from a user; and a display 431 for displaying control commands selectable by the user and the execution process of those commands. The input interfaces may include: a first input interface 433 for allowing the user to instruct power supply to the garment handling equipment 100; a second input interface 435 for receiving control commands from the user; and a third input interface 437 for receiving a start command from the control command selected via the second input interface.

[0119] like Figure 6 and Figure 7 As shown, the control panel 43 is connected to the control unit 781 installed in the second chamber 39 via a first line. The first line may include: a control panel connection line L13 connected to the control panel 43; and a first control line L11 connecting the control unit 781 and the control panel connection line L13 to each other. To ensure ease of assembly, the control panel connection line L13 and the first control line L11 may be attachable to or detachable from each other.

[0120] like Figure 6 As shown, the first hinge 52 and the second hinge 58 can be arranged on the top right and bottom right sides of the front panel 211, respectively, so that the door body 41 can be configured to rotate by means of a pivot arranged on the right side of the front panel. Alternatively, the first hinge 52 and the second hinge 58 can be arranged on the top left and bottom left sides of the front panel 211, respectively, so that the door body 41 can be configured to rotate by means of a pivot arranged on the left side of the front panel.

[0121] Therefore, such as Figure 10 As shown, the front panel 211 may include: a first mounting portion 26 that provides space for mounting a first hinge 52; and a second mounting portion 27 that provides space for mounting a second hinge 58.

[0122] The first mounting portion 26 may include a groove recessed into the front panel 221 located above the clothing inlet 22, facing the rear panel 14. The second mounting portion 27 may include a groove recessed into the front panel 221 located below the receiving groove 231, facing the rear panel 14.

[0123] A first hinge mounting portion 261 may be arranged on the left side of the first mounting portion 26. A second hinge mounting portion 263 may be arranged on the right side of the first mounting portion 26. The first hinge 52 may be configured to include: a first hinge body 521, which is fixed to the first mounting portion 26; and a rotation axis 523, which connects the door body to the first hinge body 521. The first hinge body 521 is symmetrical with respect to a horizontal line (a straight line X1 parallel to the X-axis) passing through the center of the first hinge. This is to ensure that the first hinge body 521 can be fixed to either the first hinge mounting portion 261 or the second hinge mounting portion 263.

[0124] The first second hinge mounting part 271 is arranged on the left side of the second mounting part 27. The second second hinge mounting part 273 is arranged on the right side of the second mounting part 27. Figure 9 As shown, the second hinge 58 may be configured to include: a second hinge body 581, which is fixed to the second mounting portion 27; and a rotation shaft 583, which connects the door body to the second hinge body 581. The second hinge body 581 is also preferably implemented to have a shape symmetrical with respect to a horizontal line X2 passing through the center of the second hinge.

[0125] According to this disclosure, the first hinge 52 is fixedly arranged in the top space of the front panel 211. Therefore, as the load on the door body 41 increases, the risk of damage to the front panel 211 increases. Therefore, in order to prevent damage to the front panel 211 due to the load on the door body 41, the device according to this disclosure may further include a first hinge bracket 51 supporting the first hinge and second hinge brackets 54 and 56 supporting the second hinge.

[0126] The first hinge bracket 51 may include: a bracket body 511, which is fixed to the front panel 211 and disposed inside the cabinet 1; a first receiving portion 515 disposed on the bracket body to provide space therein for accommodating a first first hinge mounting portion 261; and a second receiving portion 517 disposed on the bracket body to provide space therein for accommodating a second first hinge mounting portion 263.

[0127] Each of the first receiving portion 515 and the second receiving portion 517 may include or may be implemented as a groove recessed in the surface of the support body 511 in a direction away from the first mounting portion 26.

[0128] The bracket body 511 can be fixed to the first mounting portion 26 by means of a first hinge fixing bolt (not shown) that fixes the first hinge 52 to the first mounting portion 26. That is, the first hinge fixing bolt extends through the first hinge 52 and the first mounting portion 26 and is fixed to the bracket body 511.

[0129] To facilitate the connection between the bracket body 511 and the first mounting part 26, a first position fixing part 265 may be arranged on the first mounting part 26, and a second position fixing part 513 may be arranged on the bracket body 511 and fastened to the first position fixing part 265.

[0130] In one embodiment, the first position fixing part 265 may be implemented as a protrusion extending from the first mounting part 26 toward the bracket body 511, and the second position fixing part 513 may be implemented as a through hole defined in the bracket body 511, and the first position fixing part is inserted into the through hole.

[0131] like Figure 9 As shown, the second hinge brackets 54 and 56 may include: a first second hinge bracket 54 that connects the first second hinge mounting portion 271 and the first bottom panel 16a to each other; and a second second hinge bracket 56a that connects the second second hinge mounting portion 273 and the first bottom panel 16a to each other.

[0132] The second second hinge bracket 56 can be configured to include: a second front panel fixing plate 561, which is fixed to the front panel 211 and disposed between the second second hinge mounting portion 273 and the front frame 32; and a second bottom panel fixing plate 563, which connects the panel body 161 to the second front panel fixing plate 561. Similarly, the first second hinge bracket 54 can be configured to include: a first front panel fixing plate 541, which is fixed to the front panel 211 and disposed between the first second hinge mounting portion 271 and the front frame 32; and a first bottom panel fixing plate 543, which connects the first front panel fixing plate 441 to the panel body 161. The second hinge 58 can be fixed to the first front panel fixing plate 541 by means of a second hinge fixing bolt (not shown), or it can be fixed to the second front panel fixing plate 561 by means of a second hinge fixing bolt (not shown).

[0133] When the second hinge bracket is arranged, the first leg 18 can extend through the panel body 161 and be fixed to the first bottom panel fixing plate 543, while the second leg 19 can extend through the panel body 161 and be fixed to the second bottom panel fixing plate 563.

[0134] like Figure 11 As shown, the garment handling device 100 according to this disclosure may further include a first receiving cover 267 detachably connected to the first mounting portion 26.

[0135] The first receiving cover 267 may include: a first cover body 267a, which is detachably disposed on the first mounting portion 26 to prevent the first first hinge mounting portion 261 and the second first hinge mounting portion 263 from being exposed to the outside; and a first hinge through hole 267b, which extends through the first cover body 267a and into which the first hinge 52 is inserted.

[0136] Since the first hinge 52 can be fixed to either the first first hinge mounting portion 261 or the second first hinge mounting portion 263, each of the first cover body 267a and the first hinge through hole 267b should be implemented with a symmetrical shape relative to a horizontal line passing through the center of the first cover body 267a and the center of the first hinge through hole 267b.

[0137] The first cover body 267a can be fixed to the first mounting portion 26 by means of a first cover fastener. The first cover fastener may include: a fastening protrusion 267d disposed on one of the first mounting portion 26 and the first cover body 267a; and a fastening groove 267c defined on the other of the first mounting portion 26 and the first cover body 267a, wherein the fastening protrusion is inserted. The shape of the fastening protrusion 267d allows the fastening protrusion 267d to press-fit into the fastening groove 267c.

[0138] In order to removably connect the door body 41 to the first cover body 267a, the garment handling device 100 according to this disclosure may further include: a first cover magnet 267e disposed on the first receiving cover 267; and a first door magnet 411 (see Figure 1 The first cover body 267a can be implemented as a magnetic body made of metal. The first door magnetic body 411 can include a permanent magnet or metal positioned in the area that the first cover magnet 267e can project into in the door body 41.

[0139] like Figure 12 As shown, the second receiving cover 277 may be disposed on the second mounting portion 27. The second receiving cover 277 may include: a second cover body 277a, which is detachably disposed on the second hinge mounting portion 271 to prevent the first second hinge mounting portion 271 and the second second hinge mounting portion 273 from being exposed to the outside; and a second hinge through hole 277b, which extends through the second cover body 277a, and the second hinge 58 is inserted therein.

[0140] The second cover body 277a can be fixed to the second mounting portion 27 by means of a second cover fastener. The second cover fastener may include: a fastening protrusion 277d disposed on one of the second mounting portion 27 and the second cover body 277a; and a fastening groove 277cd defined in the other of the second mounting portion 27 and the second cover body 277a, so that the fastening protrusion 277d is forced into the groove 277cd.

[0141] In one embodiment, the second mounting portion 27 has a first external air intake port 24 for supplying external air to the circulation duct. Therefore, the second receiving portion cover 277 must have a cover through-hole 279 that extends through the second cover body 277a and communicates with the first external air intake port 24.

[0142] Although not shown in the figure, each of the second cover body 277a and the second hinge through hole 277b may have a symmetrical shape with respect to a horizontal line passing through the center of the second cover body 277a, the center of the cover through hole 279, and the center of the second hinge through hole 277b.

[0143] The third receiving section 28 and the third receiving section cover 281 fixed to the third receiving section 28 can be further arranged in the space defined by the front panel 211 and between the clothing inlet 22 and the box receiving section 23.

[0144] The third receiving portion 28 may be implemented as a groove recessed into the front panel 211. The third receiving portion cover 281 may include a third cover body 281a that is forcibly fitted into the third receiving portion 28. That is, the third cover body 281a may be secured to the third receiving portion 28 by means of a third cover fastener that is forcibly fitted into a fastening protrusion 281c in a fastening groove 281b. The fastening groove 281b may be defined in one of the third cover body 281a and the third receiving portion 28, and the fastening protrusion 281c may protrude from the other of the third cover body 281a and the third receiving portion 28.

[0145] To detachably connect the door body 41 to the third receiving cover 281, the device according to this disclosure may further include: a third cover magnet 281d, which is fixed to the third cover body 281a; and a second door magnet 413 (see Figure 1 The third cover body 281a can be implemented as a magnetic body made of metal. The second door magnetic body 413 can include a permanent magnet or metal, which is positioned in the area that the third cover magnet 281d can project into in the door body 41.

[0146] like Figure 13As shown, the support frame 61 can be fixed to the cabinet 1 via through holes 111a extending through the top panel 111, the first support 91 and the second support 92.

[0147] The through-hole 111a can have any shape, as long as it supports the edge of the support frame 61. The support frame 61 can be secured to the cabinet 1 by means of fasteners (e.g., bolts extending through the support frame and fixed to the top panel 111).

[0148] The first support 91 can be implemented as a tube connecting a first support frame through-hole 611 extending through the support frame 61 and a first rod through-hole 291a defined in the top surface 291 of the first chamber. The second support 92 can be implemented as a tube connecting a second support frame through-hole 613 and a second rod through-hole 291b. Therefore, the first connecting rod 623 and the second connecting rod 643 can be inserted into the body through-holes defined in the first support 91 and the second support 92, respectively, so that one end can be exposed in the first chamber 29, while the other end can be arranged above the support frame 61. Furthermore, the distance between the support frame 61 and the top surface 291 of the first chamber will be maintained by means of the first support 91 and the second support 92.

[0149] In one embodiment, the support frame 61 may further have a support frame guide 615 that guides a second line connecting the control unit 781 and the motor 67 disposed on the second support to a space defined between the first chamber 29 and the cabinet 1. The second line may include: a drive unit connection line L33 disposed at the motor 67; and a second control line L31 connected to the control unit 781 and disposed in the second chamber.

[0150] Furthermore, the support frame 61 may also define a support frame through-hole through which the lamp connection line L53, arranged at the lamp 299, passes. The lamp connection line L53 is connected to a third control line L51 connected to the control unit 781. In this case, the support frame guide 615 serves as a means for guiding the second lines L31 and L33 and the third lines L51 and L53 to the space defined between the first chamber 29 and the cabinet 1.

[0151] Figure 14 An embodiment of a second chamber defining structure 3 included in a garment handling apparatus according to the present disclosure is shown. For example... Figure 14As shown, the front panel 211 has a receiving groove communication hole 321 that communicates with a second chamber communication hole 233 defined in the housing receiving section. When the receiving groove 231 is inserted into the receiving groove communication hole 321, the second chamber communication hole 233 can be configured to communicate with the interior of the second chamber 39. Furthermore, when the front panel 211 and the front frame 32 are connected to each other by fasteners such as bolts, the second chamber communication hole 233 and the receiving groove communication hole 321 can be connected to each other.

[0152] Furthermore, the front panel 211 may have a second external air intake 323 defined therein, which communicates with the first external air intake 24. When the first external air intake 24 is arranged below the receiving groove 231, the second external air intake 323 may be arranged below the receiving groove communication hole 321. An external air duct 76 arranged in the air supply unit is configured to connect the second external air intake 323 to an intake duct 71 or a connecting duct 74.

[0153] The first external air intake port 24 and the second external air intake port 323 can be interconnected by means of an external air guide 95. For example... Figure 9 As shown, the external air guide 95 may include: a guide body 951, one end of which is fixed to the front panel 211 and the other end of which is fixed to the front frame 32; and a guide through-hole 953 extending through the guide body 951 to connect two external air intake holes 24 and 323 to each other. The guide body 951 may refer to a means for maintaining the distance between the front panel 211 and the front frame 32.

[0154] When the door 4 can select the positions of hinges 52 and 58 according to the user's choice, the front panel 211 can be defined with a first panel through hole 251 and a second panel through hole 253, and the front frame 32 can be defined with a first frame through hole 325 and a second frame through hole 327 (e.g., Figure 7 (as shown in the image).

[0155] A first panel through-hole 251 is defined in the front panel 211 and is adjacent to a first second hinge mounting portion 271. A second panel through-hole 253 is defined in the front panel 211 and is adjacent to a second second hinge mounting portion 273.

[0156] The first frame through-hole 325 can be connected to the first panel through-hole 251 via the first wire guide 96. The second frame through-hole 327 can be connected to the second panel through-hole 253 via the second wire guide 97. The first wire guide 96 and the second wire guide 97 can be implemented as tubes arranged between the front panel 211 and the front frame 32, and respectively connect the panel through-holes 251 and 253 to the frame through-holes 325 and 327.

[0157] Therefore, when hinges 52 and 58 are fixed to the left side of the front panel 211, the first control line L11 and the control panel connection line L13 will be connected to each other when inserted into the first panel through hole 251, the first line guide 96, and the first frame through hole 325. Conversely, when hinges 52 and 58 are fixed to the right side of the front panel 211, the first control line L11 and the control panel connection line L13 will be connected to each other when inserted into the second panel through hole 253, the second line guide 97, and the second frame through hole 327.

[0158] When the door is configured to be installed on only one side of the front panel 211, there may be only one panel through hole, one frame through hole and one line guide.

[0159] In one embodiment, such as Figure 9 As shown, to prevent the first second hinge bracket 54 and the second second hinge bracket 56 from interfering with the first line guide 96 and the second line guide 97, the first second hinge bracket 54 may define a first line guide through hole 545, and the second second hinge bracket 56 may define a second line guide through hole 565. The second line guide through hole 565 may be implemented as a hole passing through the second front panel fixing plate 561. The first line guide through hole 545 may be implemented as a hole passing through the first front panel fixing plate 541.

[0160] When the door is configured to be installed on only one side of the front panel 211, there may be only one panel through hole, one frame through hole and one line guide.

[0161] like Figure 14 As shown, the top frame 31 may have a first fixing hole 311, a second fixing hole 313, and a supply pipe through hole 317 defined in the top frame. An intake pipe 71 is detachably connected to the first fixing hole 311. An exhaust pipe 72 is detachably connected to the second fixing hole 313. A supply pipe 843 of the steam sprayer 84 is inserted into the supply pipe through hole 317.

[0162] The first fixing hole 311 and the first chamber through hole 297a, which are defined in the bottom surface of the first chamber, are interconnected via the first flow channel limiting part 93. The second fixing hole 313 and the second chamber through hole 297b are interconnected via the second flow channel limiting part 94.

[0163] The first flow channel limiting portion 93 may be configured to include: a first flow channel body 931 configured to maintain the distance between the bottom surface 297 of the first chamber and the top frame 31; and a first body through hole 933 extending through the first flow channel body 931 for connecting the first chamber through hole 297a and the first fixing hole 311 to each other. The second flow channel limiting portion 94 may be configured to include: a second flow channel body 941 configured to maintain the distance between the bottom surface 297 of the first chamber and the top frame 31; and a second body through hole 943 extending through the second flow channel body 941 for connecting the second chamber through hole 297b and the second fixing hole 313 to each other.

[0164] The supply pipe through-hole 317 can be configured to communicate with a receiving portion 315 formed by the top frame 31 protruding toward the bottom surface 297 of the first chamber. In this case, the receiving portion 315 will be arranged on top of the second chamber 39.

[0165] The free end of the supply tube 843 preferably has a length such that it is not exposed outside the receiving portion 315. When manufacturing the garment handling equipment 100, the necessary devices for manufacturing the garment handling equipment may be inserted into the second chamber 39. This is because if the length of the free end of the supply tube 843 is greater than the height of the receiving portion 315 (its length in the Y-axis direction), the supply tube 843 may be damaged during the manufacturing process of the garment handling equipment.

[0166] Behind the top frame 31, a second bottom panel fastener 319 that curves toward the rear surface 298 of the chamber can be arranged. The bottom of the second rear panel 14b can be fixed to the second bottom panel fastener 319 by means of bolts.

[0167] The first side frame 34 and the first side panel 112 of the cabinet are separated from each other by first spacers 343 and 347. The second side frame 36 and the second side panel 113 are separated from each other by second spacers 363 and 367.

[0168] The first spacer includes: a first rear panel support 343 extending from the rear end of the first side frame 34 toward the first side panel 112; and a first bottom panel support 347 extending from the bottom of the first side frame 34 toward the first side panel 112. The second spacer includes: a second rear panel support 363 extending from the rear end of the second side frame 36 toward the second side panel 113; and a second bottom panel support 367 extending from the bottom of the second side frame 36 toward the second side panel 113.

[0169] The first rear panel support 343 and the first bottom panel support 347 can be connected to each other to form an L-shape. The second rear panel support 363 and the second bottom panel support 367 can be connected to each other to form an L-shape. This is to increase the strength of the first side frame 34 and the second side frame 36.

[0170] The second rear panel 14b can be detachably connected to the first rear panel support 343 and the second rear panel support 363. The second bottom panel 16b can be detachably connected to the first bottom panel support 347 and the second bottom panel support 367.

[0171] A first frame rear fastener 344 is arranged on the first rear panel support 343. A first frame bottom fastener 349 is arranged on the first bottom panel support 347. The first frame rear fastener 344 can be formed by bending the free end of the first rear panel support 343 toward the front frame 32. The first frame bottom fastener 349 can be formed by bending the free end of the first bottom panel support 347 toward the top frame 31.

[0172] The first frame rear fastener 344 can be connected to the first rear fastener 116b disposed on the first side panel 112. The first frame bottom fastener 349 can be connected to the first bottom fastener 116c of the first side panel.

[0173] The second frame rear fastener 364 is disposed on the second rear panel support 363. The second frame bottom fastener 369 is disposed on the second bottom panel support 367. The second frame rear fastener 364 can be formed by bending the free end of the second rear panel support 363 toward the front frame 32. The second frame bottom fastener 369 can be formed by bending the free end of the second bottom panel support 367 toward the top frame 31.

[0174] The second frame rear fastener 364 can be connected to the second rear fastener 118b of the first side panel 112. The second frame bottom fastener 369 can be connected to the second bottom fastener 118c of the first side panel.

[0175] The following text will refer to Figures 15 to 17 Describe the assembly process of a garment processing device with the above structure.

[0176] like Figure 15As shown, regarding the assembly of the garment handling equipment 100 according to this disclosure, the assembly worker first assembles the cabinet body 11 and the first compartment defining structure 2 together. That is, the assembly worker connects the top front panel fastener 213 arranged on the front panel 211 to the front top panel fastener 114 arranged on the cabinet body 11, and connects the first front panel fastener 215 and the second front panel fastener 217 to the first front fastener 116a and the second front fastener 118a, respectively, thereby connecting the front panel 211 to the cabinet body 11.

[0177] When the top and sides of the front panel 211 are connected to the top panel and two side panels of the cabinet body 11 respectively, the assembly worker connects the first bottom panel 16a to the cabinet body 11 and the front panel 211.

[0178] like Figure 16 As shown, when the first bottom panel fastener 167 and the second bottom panel fastener 169 arranged on the two side surfaces of the panel body 161 are respectively connected to the first bottom fastener 116c and the second bottom fastener 118c arranged on the bottom surfaces of the side panels 112 and 113, the first bottom panel 16a is fixed to the cabinet body 11.

[0179] In one embodiment, a front bottom panel fastener 162 is disposed on the front of the panel body 161, and the front bottom panel fastener 162 is connected to a bottom front panel fastener 219 disposed on the bottom of the front panel 211. Therefore, the first bottom panel 16a is secured to the bottom of the front panel 211 by means of the front bottom panel fastener 162 and the bottom front panel fastener 219 (see [link to documentation]). Figure 9 ).

[0180] When the first bottom panel 16a is fixed to the bottom of the front panel 211, the assembly worker can assemble the second chamber limiting structure 3 with the cabinet body 11.

[0181] like Figure 16 As shown, the assembly worker connects the first frame rear fastener 344, which is arranged on the rear surface of the second chamber defining structure 3, to the first rear fastener 116b, which is defined on the rear surface of the first side panel, and connects the second frame rear fastener 364, which is arranged on the rear surface of the second chamber defining structure 3, to the second rear fastener 118b, which is defined on the rear surface of the second side panel.

[0182] Furthermore, the assembly worker can connect the first frame bottom fastener 349 and the second frame bottom fastener 369 arranged on the bottom surface of the second chamber defining structure 3 to the first bottom fastener 116c and the second bottom fastener 118c arranged on the bottom surface of the side panel, respectively.

[0183] When the cabinet body 11, the first compartment limiting structure 2, the second compartment limiting structure 3, and the bottom panel 16 are assembled together, the assembly worker fixes the second bottom panel 16b to the bottom surface of the second compartment limiting structure 3. The second bottom panel 16b can be fixed to the first bottom panel support 347 and the second bottom panel support 367 of the second compartment limiting structure by means of bolts or the like.

[0184] Then, the assembly worker can connect the first rear panel 14a to the cabinet body 11. For example... Figure 15 As shown, the first rear panel 14a can be connected to the cabinet body 11 by means of the top rear panel fastener 145, the first rear panel fastener 147 and the second rear panel fastener 149.

[0185] That is, when the top rear panel fastener 145 is connected to the rear top panel fastener 115 of the rack body, the first rear panel fastener 147 is connected to the first rear fastener 116b, and the second rear panel fastener 149 is connected to the second rear fastener 118b, the first rear panel 14a will be fixed to the rack body 11. Further, the bottom of the first rear panel 14a is fixed to the second bottom panel fastener 319 disposed on the rear surface of the top frame 31.

[0186] When the first rear panel 14a is assembled, the assembly worker secures the second rear panel 14b to the second chamber limiting structure 3. (As follows) Figure 16 As shown, the second rear panel 14b can be fixed to the first rear panel support 343 and the second rear panel support 363 by means of bolts.

[0187] like Figure 15 As shown, in the above process, a top space S1 is defined between the top panel 111 and the ceiling surface 291. A first side space S2 is defined between the first side panel 112 and the first chamber side surface 293. A second side space S3 is defined between the second side panel 113 and the second chamber side surface 295. A rear space S4 is defined between the first rear panel 14a and the rear chamber surface 298. The top space S1, the first side space S2, the second side space S3, and the rear space S4 are interconnected.

[0188] like Figure 16 As shown, a first connecting space S5, which connects to the first side space S2, is defined between the first side panel 112 and the first side frame 34. A second connecting space S6, which connects to the second side space, is defined between the second side panel 113 and the second side frame 36. A front space S7 is defined between the front panel 211 and the front frame 32.

[0189] Furthermore, the top frame 31, the floor surface 297 of the first chamber, the first side panel 112, the second side panel 113, and the first rear panel 14a define a third connecting space S8 (see [link]). Figure 3 The front surface of the third connecting space S8 is connected to the front space S7. The two side surfaces of the third connecting space S8 are connected to the first connecting space S5 and the second connecting space S6, respectively. The rear surface of the third connecting space S8 is connected to the rear space S4.

[0190] The first connecting space S5, the second connecting space S6, the third connecting space, and the front space S7 are interconnected. Therefore, the spaces S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, and S8 defined between the cabinet 1, the first chamber 29, and the second chamber defining structure 3 can be interconnected to form a single space.

[0191] To supply foam plastic to foam spaces S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, and S8, a foam plastic inlet may be defined in the first rear panel 14a. For example... Figure 17 As shown, the foam plastic inlet may include: a first foam plastic inlet 141 that extends through the first rear panel 14a and communicates with the first side space S2; and a second foam plastic inlet 142 that extends through the first rear panel 14a and communicates with the second side space S3.

[0192] Each of the first foam plastic inlet 141 and the second foam plastic inlet 142 can be implemented as a through-hole connected to the edge of the first rear panel 14a. Foam plastic injected via the first foam plastic inlet 141 and the second foam plastic inlet 142 can flow along the first chamber side surface 293 and the second chamber side surface 295 and toward the bottom of the first side space S2 and the second side space S3. That is, the projected surface of the first rear panel 14a projected onto by the rear chamber surface 298 can be defined to interfere with the first foam plastic inlet 141 and the second foam plastic inlet 142.

[0193] Foamed plastics refer to synthetic resins with a porous structure. The porous structure of synthetic resins can be achieved using foaming agents. Foamed plastics can be functional composite materials that provide lightweight properties, cushioning, sound insulation, and heat insulation. The synthetic resins used as raw materials for foamed plastics can be one of polyurethane, polystyrene, and polyolefins. In addition to the above-mentioned synthetic resins, phenolic resins, polyvinyl chloride, urea-formaldehyde resins, silicone, polyimide, and melamine resins can also be used in foamed plastics.

[0194] To convert polyurethane into foam, the blowing agents incorporated into the polyurethane resin can be divided into chemical blowing agents and physical blowing agents. Chemical blowing agents form bubbles through chemical reactions. Physical blowing agents form bubbles through changes in the physical state of compressed gases or phase changes (evaporation) of liquids.

[0195] A plurality of gas vent holes 143 may be further defined in the first rear panel 14a. When liquid foam is injected into spaces S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, and S8 via the first foam inlet 141 and the second foam inlet 142, these spaces will be filled with gas generated by the solidification process of the foam. The gas vent holes 143 may refer to means for discharging air and gas from the spaces to the outside of the cabinet 1. According to this disclosure, the gas vent holes 143 prevent the cabinet body 11 from expanding or being damaged due to gas. The diameter of the gas vent holes 143 is preferably set to be smaller than the diameter of each of the foam inlets 141 and 142. This is to minimize leakage of the foam through the gas vent holes.

[0196] In one embodiment, the holes defined in the top surface of the first chamber 29 and the holes defined in the support frame 61 are interconnected by means of a first support 91 and a second support 92. Therefore, the foam supplied to the top space S1 will not leak into the interior of the first chamber 29 or leak out of the cabinet 1.

[0197] Furthermore, since the foam plastic inserted into the top space S1 is used to secure the first hinge bracket 51 inside the cabinet 1, the device according to this disclosure can prevent damage to the first compartment limiting structure 2 due to the load on the door body 41.

[0198] The hole defined in the first chamber 29 and the hole defined in the second chamber 39 are interconnected by the first flow channel defining part 93, the second flow channel defining part 94 and the spray body 841. Therefore, the foam plastic injected into the third connecting space S8 will not leak into the first chamber 29 or the second chamber 39.

[0199] Furthermore, the holes defined in the front panel 211 and the holes defined in the front frame 32 are interconnected via external air guides 95 and line guides 96, 97. Therefore, the foam plastic injected into the front space S7 will not leak into the second chamber 39 or leak out of the cabinet 1.

[0200] Since the foam injected into the front space S7 is used to secure the second hinge brackets 54 and 56 inside the cabinet 1, the device according to this disclosure can prevent damage to the first chamber limiting structure 2 due to the load on the door body 41.

[0201] like Figure 2As shown, when the foam solidifies within the foam spaces S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, and S8, the top panel 111 and the chamber roof surface 291 are fixed to each other by means of the foam. The first side panel 112 and the second side panel 113 are respectively fixed to the first chamber side surface 293 and the second chamber side surface 295, and the first rear panel 14a is fixed to the chamber rear surface 298. Further, the chamber bottom surface 297 is fixed to the top frame 31, the front panel 211 is fixed to the front frame 32, and the first side frame 34 and the second side frame 36 are respectively fixed to the first side panel 112 and the second side panel 113.

[0202] In the garment processing apparatus 100 according to the present disclosure, the foam spaces S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7 and S8 defined between the cabinet 1, the first chamber defining structure 2 and the second chamber defining structure 3 are filled with foam plastic, so that the vibration of the cabinet 1 can be minimized when the air supply unit 7, the moisture supply unit 8 and the second support member 6b are operated.

[0203] Furthermore, in the garment processing apparatus 100 according to this disclosure, the heat loss supplied to the first chamber 29 is minimized because the insulating body F, which is a foam plastic inserted into the foam space, surrounds the first chamber 29.

[0204] The fastener connection structure can be implemented in various ways, as long as the foam plastic inserted into the foam spaces S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7 and S8 defined between the cabinet 1, the first chamber defining structure 2 and the second chamber defining structure 3 is prevented from leaking to the outside of the cabinet.

[0205] Figures 15 to 17 An example of fasteners press-fitting each other is shown.

[0206] like Figure 15 As shown, the top front panel fastener 213 can be press-fitted into the front top panel fastener 114. The first front panel fastener 215 can be press-fitted into the first front fastener 116a. The second front panel fastener 217 can be press-fitted into the second front fastener 118a.

[0207] Each of the top front panel fastener 213, the first front panel fastener 215, and the second front panel fastener 217 can be implemented as a fastening plate protruding from each corner of the front panel. Each fastening plate arranged on the front panel can have a shape with multiple bends.

[0208] The front top panel fastener 114 may include: a front surface defining portion that bends from the front edge of the top panel 111 toward the clothing inlet 22 to define a portion of the front surface of the cabinet; a bending portion that bends from the free end of the front surface defining portion toward the top panel 111; and a slot defining portion that bends from the free end of the bending portion toward the roof surface 291 to define a slot for insertion of the front top panel fastener 213.

[0209] The first front fastener 116a may include: a front surface defining portion that bends from the front edge of the first side panel 112 toward the clothing inlet 22 to define a portion of the front surface of the cabinet 1; a bending portion that bends from the free end of the front surface defining portion toward the first side panel 112; and a slot defining portion that bends from the free end of the bending portion toward the first compartment side surface 293 to define a slot for insertion of the first front panel fastener 215.

[0210] The second front fastener 118a may include: a front surface defining portion that bends from the front edge of the second side panel 113 toward the clothing inlet 22 to define a portion of the front surface of the cabinet 1; a bending portion that bends from the free end of the front surface defining portion toward the second side panel 113; and a slot defining portion that bends from the free end of the bending portion toward the second chamber side surface 295 to define a slot for insertion of the second front panel fastener 217.

[0211] like Figure 9 As shown, the bottom front panel fastener 219 can be configured to press-fit into the front bottom panel fastener 162. In this case, the bottom front panel fastener 219 is implemented as a fastening plate extending from the bottom of the front panel 211 and has multiple bends. The front bottom panel fastener 162 can be configured to define a groove for insertion of the bottom front panel fastener 219.

[0212] That is, the front bottom panel fastener 162 may include: a front surface defining portion that bends from the front edge of the panel body 161 toward the front panel 211 to define a portion of the front surface of the cabinet; a bending portion that bends from the free end of the front surface defining portion toward the panel body 161; and a slot defining portion that bends from the edge of the bending portion toward the front panel 211 to define a slot for insertion of the bottom front panel fastener 219.

[0213] like Figure 15 As shown, the top rear panel fastener 145, the first rear panel fastener 147 and the second rear panel fastener 149 arranged on the first rear panel 14a can be configured to press-fit into the rear top panel fastener 115, the first rear fastener 116b and the second rear fastener 118b, respectively.

[0214] The top rear panel fastener 145 can be implemented as a fastening plate bent from the top of the first rear panel 14a toward the rear surface 298 of the chamber. The first rear panel fastener 147 and the second rear panel fastener 149 can be implemented as fastening plates bent from the left and right ends of the first rear panel 14a toward the rear surface 298 of the chamber, respectively. The fastening plates arranged on each rear panel can each have multiple bending points.

[0215] The rear top panel fastener 115 may include: a rear surface defining portion formed by bending the rear edge of the top panel toward the bottom panel 16 to define a portion of the rear surface of the cabinet 1; a bending portion that bends from the free end of the rear surface defining portion toward the rear surface of the cabinet; and a slot defining portion that bends from the free end of the bending portion toward the first rear panel 14a to define a slot for insertion of the top rear panel fastener 145.
