Description

Technical Field

[0001] This application relates to the field of battery processing control technology, specifically to a correction method, apparatus, stacking machine, and storage medium. Background Technology

[0002] With the development of production equipment processing and control technology, and given the advantages of laminated cells over wound cells in terms of higher rate of return and higher energy density, as well as the ability to be manufactured into various irregularly shaped batteries according to different needs, laminated cells are widely used in battery manufacturing within the industry. Currently, in the production process of laminated cells, the anode electrode material, separator, and cathode electrode material are wound onto a winding needle to form a core. However, if there are deviations in the separator, the cathode edge may be exposed, leading to a short circuit between the cathode and anode, thereby reducing the reliability of the composite between the electrode materials. Summary of the Invention

[0003] In view of the above problems, this application provides a correction method, apparatus, stacker and storage medium that can avoid the problem of short circuit caused by contact between cathode and anode, as well as the problem of reduced composite reliability between electrode materials.

[0004] In a first aspect, this application provides a correction method, comprising: acquiring a front image and a back image of an electrode material, wherein a coating is applied to both the front and back sides of the electrode material, and the coating is located on the tab side of the electrode material; identifying the coating width in the front image and the back image respectively, and determining the front coating width and the back coating width of the electrode material; calculating a correction amount based on the smaller value of the front coating width and the back coating width, and controlling the electrode material to move the correction amount to perform correction.

[0005] In the technical solution of this application embodiment, a coating is applied to both sides of the electrode material to avoid short circuits caused by contact between the cathode and the anode, and the reliability of the composite between the electrode materials is ensured by correcting the movement of the electrode material.

[0006] In some embodiments, the step of identifying the coating width of the front image and the back image respectively to determine the front coating width and the back coating width of the electrode material includes: identifying the coating width of the front image and determining the minimum value of the coating width at each position in the front image as the front coating width; and identifying the coating width of the back image and determining the minimum value of the coating width at each position in the back image as the back coating width. In the technical solution of this application embodiment, by using the minimum value of the coating width at each position in the front image and the back image as the front coating width and the back coating width respectively, the subsequent correction technique can ensure a more accurate description of the minimum width of the applied coating, thereby ensuring the reliability of the determined coating width in this solution.

[0007] In some embodiments, calculating the correction amount based on the smaller of the front coating width and the back coating width includes: determining the smaller of the front coating width and the back coating width as the correction amount. In the technical solution of this application embodiment, since the determined correction amount is the minimum width of the front coating width and the back coating width, that is, the correction amount is the minimum width of the applied coating, correction based on the minimum width coating can ensure that coatings wider than this width can also complete the correction, thereby avoiding contact between the cathode and anode and further improving the reliability of the composite between electrode materials.

[0008] In some embodiments, the electrode material is a first electrode material; the method further includes: obtaining a positional distance difference of a second electrode material; the second electrode material is used to composite with the first electrode material; the positional distance difference is the distance difference between the actual composite position and the desired composite position of the second electrode material; the step of calculating the correction amount based on the smaller of the front coating width and the back coating width includes: determining the smaller of the front coating width and the back coating width as the correction width; calculating the correction amount based on the correction width and the positional distance difference. In the technical solution of this application embodiment, since the determined correction width is the minimum width of the front coating width and the back coating width, and considering the distance difference between the actual composite position and the desired composite position of the second electrode material, the correction amount determined thereby not only ensures that coatings with widths greater than the minimum width can also complete the correction, but also further considers the distance difference that may occur in the subsequent steps of composite. Therefore, the obtained correction amount is more in line with the actual situation, improving the reliability and feasibility of this solution.

[0009] In some embodiments, the method further includes: obtaining an initial correction direction of the first electrode material, the initial correction direction being the correction direction between the first electrode material and the desired composite position; obtaining a desired correction direction of the second electrode material, the desired correction direction being the correction direction characterized by the positional relationship between the actual composite position of the second electrode material and the desired composite position, the desired correction direction being used to describe the direction in which the first electrode material is expected to perform correction; determining a current correction direction based on the initial correction direction and the desired correction direction; and controlling the electrode material to move the correction amount for correction, including: controlling the electrode material to move the correction amount in the current correction direction for correction. In the technical solution of this application embodiment, by considering the positional relationship between the actual composite position and the desired composite position of the second electrode material, the determined current correction direction is more consistent with the actual situation between the actual composite position and the desired composite position. That is, different positional relationships may result in different current correction directions, thereby ensuring that the correction direction for controlling the electrode material to perform correction can correspond to various different actual situations, ensuring that the correction direction is accurate and reliable, thereby improving the flexibility of correction and further improving the reliability of composite between electrode materials.

[0010] In some embodiments, determining the current correction direction based on the initial correction direction and the desired correction direction includes: when the initial correction direction is the same as the desired correction direction, determining the initial correction direction as the current correction direction. In the technical solution of this application embodiment, since the initial correction direction is the correction direction between the first electrode material and the desired composite position, when the initial correction direction is the same as the desired correction direction represented by the positional relationship, correction is performed based on the initial correction direction to ensure the reliability of the correction.

[0011] In some embodiments, determining the current correction direction based on the initial correction direction and the desired correction direction includes: when the initial correction direction is opposite to the desired correction direction and the positional distance difference is less than or equal to the correction width, determining the initial correction direction as the current correction direction. In the technical solution of this application embodiment, since the initial correction direction is the correction direction between the first electrode material and the desired composite position, when the initial correction direction is different from the desired correction direction represented by the positional relationship, it is necessary to further consider the distance difference between the actual composite position and the desired composite position of the second electrode material and the obtained correction width to be corrected. If it is less than the desired correction width, it indicates that the distance difference has not exceeded the correction width, and therefore will not affect the initial correction direction. Correction is still performed based on the initial correction direction to ensure the reliability of the correction.

[0012] In some embodiments, determining the current correction direction based on the initial correction direction and the desired correction direction includes: when the initial correction direction is opposite to the desired correction direction and the positional distance difference is greater than the correction width, determining the desired correction direction as the current correction direction. In the technical solution of this application embodiment, since the initial correction direction is the correction direction between the first electrode material and the desired composite position, when the initial correction direction is different from the desired correction direction represented by the positional relationship, it is necessary to further consider the distance difference between the actual composite position and the desired composite position of the second electrode material and the obtained correction width that needs to be corrected. If it is greater, it indicates that the distance difference has exceeded the correction width, meaning that the influence of the distance difference on the correction direction is greater than the influence of coating correction on the correction direction. In this case, correction will be performed based on the desired correction direction to ensure the reliability of the correction.

[0013] In some embodiments, acquiring the front and back images of the electrode material includes: acquiring a front image of the electrode cutting area in the electrode material and a back image of the electrode cutting area; identifying the coating width of the front and back images respectively to determine the front and back coating widths of the electrode material includes: identifying the coating width of the front and back images respectively to determine the front and back coating widths of the electrode cutting area; calculating a correction amount based on the smaller value of the front and back coating widths and controlling the electrode material to move the offset amount for correction includes: calculating the correction amount of the electrode cutting area based on the smaller value of the front and back coating widths and controlling the electrode cutting area to move the correction amount of the electrode cutting area for correction. In the technical solution of this application embodiment, by correcting the deviation of an electrode cutting area in an electrode material, since the front and back sides of the electrode cutting area are coated, the composite based on the electrode cutting area can avoid the problem of short circuit caused by contact between the cathode and the anode, and further fits the actual application scenario of correcting the deviation of each electrode cutting area in the first electrode material, thereby improving the feasibility and actual application effect of this solution while ensuring the reliability of the deviation correction.

[0014] In some embodiments, the method further includes: cutting the first electrode material after correction according to the electrode cutting area to obtain a first electrode unit, wherein the maximum distance between the center line of the edge coating of the first electrode unit and the edge line of the second electrode unit is less than a preset threshold, and the second electrode unit is obtained by cutting the second electrode material; controlling the composite roller to stack the first electrode unit and the second electrode unit to obtain a stacked battery cell. In the technical solution of this application embodiment, since the maximum distance between the center line of the edge coating of the first electrode unit and the edge line of the second electrode unit is less than the preset threshold, that is, the specific value between the center lines is within the acceptable error range, the stacked battery cell obtained by stacking can ensure that the coated cathode and anode do not directly contact each other, avoiding short circuits and other problems in the stacked battery cell, ensuring the reliability of the obtained stacked battery cell, that is, ensuring the usable quality of the stacked battery cell.

[0015] In some embodiments, the method further includes: determining the smaller of the front coating width and the back coating width of the electrode cutting area as the correction width of the electrode cutting area; when the correction width of the electrode cutting area is less than the minimum correctable width, or when the correction width of the electrode cutting area is greater than the maximum correctable width, determining the electrode cutting area as a defective electrode cutting area; if the total area of the defective electrode cutting areas in the electrode material is greater than the maximum defective area, issuing an electrode material replacement alarm. In the technical solution of this application embodiment, when the correction width of the electrode cutting area is not within the correctable range (i.e., from the minimum correctable width to the maximum correctable width), it means that even if the electrode cutting area is corrected, it cannot be guaranteed that the coating applied to the electrode cutting area after correction will prevent direct contact between the cathode and the anode. Therefore, in order to reduce the scrap rate of the laminated cells, such electrode cutting areas are identified as unqualified electrode cutting areas. Furthermore, when the total area of unqualified electrode cutting areas in the electrode material is greater than the maximum acceptable unqualified area, it indicates that the coating applied to the unqualified electrode cutting area has a problem. Therefore, it is necessary to issue an electrode material replacement alarm to remind the electrode material to be replaced in order to reduce the waste of electrode material.

[0016] In some embodiments, the method further includes: determining motor correction parameters based on the moving speed of the electrode material; controlling the electrode cutting area and moving the correction amount of the electrode cutting area for correction includes: determining the motor correction displacement of the correction motor based on the correction amount of the electrode cutting area and the motor correction parameters, wherein the correction motor is used to control the tilt angle of the conveyor belt; when the conveyor belt is in a tilted state, the electrode material it carries will shift position as the conveyor belt moves, and the correction amount of the electrode cutting area is positively correlated with the tilt degree of the conveyor belt; controlling the correction motor to move according to the motor correction displacement, so that the electrode cutting area moves by the correction amount of the electrode cutting area in the correction direction for position correction. In the technical solution of this application embodiment, when considering the motor correction displacement of the correction motor used to control the tilt angle of the conveyor belt, the relationship between the moving speed of the electrode material and the motor correction parameters is introduced, thereby ensuring that the obtained motor correction displacement is more consistent with the actual operating conditions of the stacking machine. Based on this, by controlling the correction motor to move according to the motor correction displacement, the electrode cutting area will shift position as the conveyor belt moves, thereby correcting the position. This makes the position correction method more consistent with the actual operation of the stacking machine.

[0017] In some embodiments, the method further includes: obtaining a preset displacement of the correction motor; determining the motor correction displacement of the correction motor based on the correction amount of the electrode cutting area and the motor correction parameters includes: determining the correction displacement of the correction motor based on the correction amount of the electrode cutting area, the preset displacement of the correction motor, and the motor correction parameters. In the technical solution of this application embodiment, in practical applications, it is also necessary to consider the need for a preset displacement to ensure that the calculated motor correction displacement conforms to the actual configuration of the correction motor, thereby improving the reliability and accuracy of the determined correction displacement.

[0018] In some embodiments, the method further includes: determining the capture time of the front and back images of the electrode cutting area; determining the target time when the electrode cutting area reaches the correction position based on the moving speed of the electrode material and the capture time; and controlling the correction motor to move according to the motor correction displacement, including: at the target time, controlling the correction motor to move according to the motor correction displacement. In the technical solution of this application embodiment, the target time when the electrode cutting area reaches the correction position is determined by the image capture time and the unwinding speed. Therefore, in the actual correction process, the position correction of the electrode cutting area in the first electrode material is specifically performed at the arrival time. That is, the time for position correction of each electrode cutting area in the first electrode material is different, and the correction amount may also be different, to ensure the reliability of the position correction.

[0019] In some embodiments, the method further includes: obtaining a corresponding region identifier for each electrode cutting area of the electrode material; determining the motor correction displacement of the correction motor based on the correction amount of the electrode cutting area and the motor correction parameters includes: if a region identifier corresponding to the electrode cutting area is detected at the correction position, then determining the motor correction displacement of the correction motor based on the correction amount of the electrode cutting area and the motor correction parameters. In the technical solution of this application embodiment, during the actual correction process, by identifying the reached electrode cutting area through the corresponding region identifier of each electrode cutting area, and performing position correction on the electrode cutting area based on this, another specific method for position correction is provided. This improves the reliability of the correction and also enhances the flexibility of the solution.

For those skilled in the art, the specific meaning of the above terms in the embodiments of this application can be understood according to the specific circumstances. With the development of production equipment processing control technology, and given that stacked cells have advantages over wound cells in terms of high rate of return and high energy density, and can be manufactured into various irregularly shaped batteries according to different needs, stacked cells are widely used in the industry for battery manufacturing. The inventors have noted that in the production process of stacked cells, the anode electrode material, separator, and cathode electrode material are wound onto a winding needle to form a core. However, if there is a deviation in the separator, the cathode edge may be exposed, leading to direct contact between the cathode and anode short circuits, thereby reducing the reliability of the composite of electrode materials and thus reducing the reliability of the resulting stacked cell.

[0086] To mitigate the short circuit problem caused by direct contact between the cathode and anode, the applicant discovered that coatings can be applied to both sides of the electrode material to prevent contact between them. Based on this consideration, the inventors, after in-depth research, designed a correction method. Coatings are applied to both sides of the electrode material, with the coatings located on the tab side. By identifying the coating width in both front and back images, the widths of the coatings on the front and back sides of the electrode material are determined. The correction amount is then calculated based on the smaller of the two widths, and the electrode material movement is controlled accordingly. This method effectively prevents short circuits by using coatings on both sides to avoid contact between the cathode and anode. Furthermore, the electrode material movement is corrected based on the coating widths on both sides, ensuring that the width of the coating on the first electrode material covers the edge centerline of the second electrode material. This completes the composite of the first and second electrode materials, avoiding reliability issues in electrode material composites and effectively preventing the low reliability of stacked cells. Therefore, the correction method provided in this application can avoid short circuits caused by contact between the cathode and anode by applying a coating on both sides of the electrode material, and ensure the reliability of the composite between the electrode materials by correcting the movement of the electrode material, thereby improving the reliability of the laminated cell obtained after composite.

[0087] The correction method disclosed in this application can be used, but is not limited to, various types of stacking machines. Specifically, it is applied to the wafer feeding process before the cathode and anode electrode units are combined in the stacking machine. It should be understood that the correction method disclosed in this application can also be applied to similar industrial control fields, which are not limited here. Based on this, a correction system using the correction motor and camera disclosed in this application constitutes the correction device. By applying a coating to both sides of the electrode material, the problem of short circuit caused by contact between the cathode and anode is avoided. By correcting the movement of the electrode material, the reliability of the combination between the electrode materials is ensured, thereby improving the reliability of the stacked cell obtained after combination.

[0088] For ease of explanation, the following embodiments use a correction system according to an embodiment of this application as an example. Please refer to... Figure 1 , Figure 1 This is a schematic diagram of the system architecture of the web correction system provided in some embodiments of this application. The web correction system includes a composite roller 102, a cathode unwinding mechanism 103, a guide roller 105, an unwinding web correction mechanism 106, a front camera 107, a back camera 108, a web correction motor 109, a web correction mechanism 110, and a cutter 111. In the scenario of actual application in the feeding process before the cathode electrode unit and the anode electrode unit are composited, it also includes an anode material (i.e., anode roll) 101 to be composited and a cathode material (i.e., cathode roll) 104. The cathode material 104 has a coating on both its front and back sides, and the coating is located on the cathode tab side of the cathode material 104.

[0089] Based on this, the cathode unwinding mechanism 103 is used to unwind and feed the cathode material 104 on the conveyor belt, and the guide roller 105 is used to control the direction and speed of the conveyor belt, thereby controlling the unwinding and feeding speed of the cathode material 104. The front camera 107 is used to capture a front image of the cathode material 104, and the back camera 108 is used to capture a back image of the cathode material 104. Then, the correction mechanism 110 uses the front image of the cathode material 104 captured by the front camera 107 and the back image of the cathode material 104 captured by the back camera 108 to determine the front coating width and the back coating width of the cathode material 104, and calculates the correction amount based on the front coating width and the back coating width of the cathode material 104, thereby controlling the correction motor 109 to perform position correction on the cathode material 104 through the correction amount. Furthermore, the cutter 111 is used to cut the cathode material 104 after correction to obtain a cathode electrode unit, while the composite roller 102 is used to stack the cathode electrode unit and the anode electrode unit to obtain a stacked battery cell through subsequent steps.

[0090] Please refer to Figure 2 , Figure 2This is a front view along the tape-carrying direction of a cathode electrode unit and an anode electrode unit combined according to an embodiment of this application. Since coatings are applied to both sides of the cathode material, the resulting cathode electrode unit 200 has coatings on both sides. After the cathode electrode unit 200 and the anode electrode unit 201 are combined, various composite situations may exist. For example, if the maximum distance between the edge line 206 of the anode electrode unit 201 and the center line 205 of the coating of the cathode electrode unit 200 is less than a preset threshold, then it indicates that the coating width of the cathode electrode unit 200 is... Figure 2 The normal width of the cathode coating shown is 203. Secondly, if the maximum distance between the edge line 206 of the anode electrode unit 201 and the center line 205 of the coating of the cathode electrode unit 200 is greater than a preset threshold, then it indicates that the coating width of the cathode electrode unit 200 is... Figure 2 The cathode coating shown has an abnormal width of 204.

[0091] Therefore, when the cathode coating has a normal width of 203, after the cathode electrode unit 200 and the anode electrode unit 201 are combined, the distance difference between the edge line 206 of the anode electrode unit 201 and the coating center line 205 of the cathode electrode unit 200 is small, which can avoid the problem of short circuit caused by contact between the cathode and the anode. However, if the width of the cathode coating on the front and back sides is inconsistent, or if the following occurs... Figure 2 The abnormal width 204 of the cathode coating shown causes the cathode coating to be located outside the edge line 206 of the anode electrode unit 201. In this case, lamination would lead to contact between the cathode and anode, resulting in a single-cell abnormality, and consequently, an abnormality in the resulting stacked cell. Therefore, based on the coating applied to both sides of the electrode material in this embodiment, the disclosed correction method can correct the deviation by moving the electrode material to ensure that the maximum distance between the edge line of the anode electrode unit and the center of the coating of the cathode electrode unit is less than a preset threshold, further avoiding the problem of contact between the cathode and anode.

[0092] According to some embodiments of this application, refer to Figure 3 , Figure 3 This is a flowchart illustrating the correction method of some embodiments of this application. Specifically, it includes the following steps:

[0093] Step 302: Obtain front and back images of the electrode material. Both the front and back of the electrode material are coated with a coating, which is located on the tab side of the electrode material.

[0094] pass Figure 2It is known that during the unwinding and feeding of the electrode material on the conveyor belt, the unwinding mechanism captures real-time images of the electrode material using both a front camera and a back camera. Specifically, the front camera captures an image of the front side of the electrode material, and the back camera captures an image of the back side. Both sides of the electrode material are coated with a coating, which is located on the tab side. Therefore, the front image of the electrode material includes an image of the coating, and similarly, the back image includes an image of the coating.

[0095] For ease of understanding, please refer to Figure 4 , Figure 4 This is a schematic diagram showing the coatings applied to the front and back sides of an electrode material according to some embodiments of this application. The front image 402 of the electrode material includes an image of the applied coating, and the applied coating has a corresponding coating width 4021, which is the width of a segment of the coating on the front side of the electrode material. Similarly, the back image 404 of the electrode material includes an image of the applied coating, and the applied coating has a corresponding coating width 4041, which is the width of a segment of the coating on the back side of the electrode material.

[0096] Specifically, the electrode material can be a cathode material (cathode roll), in which case the coatings applied to both sides of the cathode material are located on the cathode tab side of the cathode material. It should be understood that in practical applications, the electrode material can also be an anode material (anode roll), in which case the coatings applied to both sides of the anode material are located on the anode tab side of the anode material; no specific electrode material is limited here. Furthermore, in the embodiments of this application, the coatings applied to both sides are made of ceramic material.

[0097] Step 304: Perform coating width recognition on the front and back images respectively to determine the front and back coating widths of the electrode material.

[0098] After capturing a frontal image of the electrode material, the front camera identifies the coating width in the frontal image, which is the minimum width of the coating applied in the frontal image of the electrode material. Similarly, after capturing a backal image of the electrode material, the back camera identifies the coating width in the backal image to determine the minimum width of the coating applied in the backal image of the electrode material.

[0099] Step 306: Calculate the correction amount based on the smaller value between the front coating width and the back coating width, and control the electrode material movement correction amount to perform correction.

[0100] The correction mechanism obtains the front coating width and back coating width from the front and back cameras, and calculates the correction amount based on the smaller of the two widths. Based on this, the position correction is performed by controlling the electrode material movement correction amount. By controlling the electrode material movement correction amount, the maximum distance between the coating center line of the first electrode unit (obtained by cutting the electrode material) and the edge line of the second electrode unit is less than a preset threshold during subsequent lamination, further avoiding contact problems between the cathode and anode.

[0101] In this embodiment, coatings are applied to both sides of the electrode material to avoid short circuits caused by contact between the cathode and anode, and the reliability of the composite between the electrode materials is ensured by correcting the movement of the electrode material.

[0102] According to some embodiments of this application, optionally, please refer to Figure 5 , Figure 5 This is a flowchart illustrating the process of determining the front and back coating widths of an electrode material according to some embodiments of this application. Step 304 involves identifying the coating width in both the front and back images to determine the front and back coating widths of the electrode material. This specifically includes the following steps:

[0103] Step 502: Perform coating width recognition on the front image, and determine the minimum value of the coating width at each position in the front image as the front coating width.

[0104] Since the coating process on the front and back of the electrode material involves two steps, in order to ensure that the smaller of the determined front and back coating widths can accurately describe the smaller of the coating widths on the front and back of the electrode material, the minimum width of the coating applied at each position on the front and back should be used as the corresponding coating width when determining the front and back coating widths.

[0105] Based on this, after the front-facing camera acquires a frontal image of the electrode material, the acquired frontal image specifically includes an image of the coating applied to the electrode material. Therefore, the coating width is specifically identified for the image corresponding to the applied coating at each location in the frontal image, thereby obtaining the coating width at each location in the frontal image. Then, the minimum value of the coating width at each location is determined as the frontal coating width.

[0106] Step 504: Perform coating width recognition on the reverse image, and determine the minimum value of the coating width at each position in the reverse image as the reverse coating width.

[0107] Specifically, after acquiring the reverse image of the electrode material, the reverse camera includes an image of the coating applied to the electrode material. Therefore, the coating width is identified for each location in the reverse image corresponding to the applied coating, thus obtaining the coating width at each location in the reverse image. Based on this, the minimum value among the coating widths at each location is determined as the reverse coating width.

[0108] In this embodiment, by taking the minimum value of the coating width at each position in the front and back images as the front coating width and the back coating width respectively, the subsequent correction technique can ensure a more accurate description of the minimum width of the applied coating, thereby ensuring the reliability of the determined coating width in this solution.

[0109] According to some embodiments of this application, optionally, please refer to Figure 6 , Figure 6 This is a schematic flowchart illustrating the calculation of the correction amount in some embodiments of this application. Step 306, calculating the correction amount based on the smaller value between the front coating width and the back coating width, specifically includes the following steps:

[0110] Step 602: Determine the smaller value between the width of the front coating and the width of the back coating as the correction amount.

[0111] Specifically, since the coating process on the front and back of the electrode material involves two steps, the widths of the coatings applied on the front and back are inconsistent. Therefore, the correction mechanism directly determines the smaller of the front and back coating widths as the correction amount. Furthermore, the purpose of choosing the smaller of the front and back coating widths is that the side with the smaller coating width can cover the other electrode material to achieve the desired process effect through correction, while the side with the larger coating width can also meet the requirements.

[0112] In this embodiment, since the determined correction amount is the minimum width between the front coating width and the back coating width, that is, the correction amount is the minimum width of the applied coating, the correction is based on the minimum width coating, which can ensure that coatings with a width greater than this can also complete the correction, so as to avoid contact between the cathode and the anode and further improve the reliability of the composite between the electrode materials.

[0113] According to some embodiments of this application, optionally, please refer to Figure 7 , Figure 7 This is a schematic flowchart illustrating the calculation of the correction amount in other embodiments of this application. The electrode material is a first electrode material; based on this, the following steps are also included:

[0114] Step 702: Obtain the position distance difference of the second electrode material; the second electrode material is used to combine with the first electrode material; the position distance difference is the distance difference between the actual composite position and the desired composite position of the second electrode material.

[0115] Specifically, if the first electrode material is a cathode electrode material, then the second electrode material used in conjunction with the first electrode material (cathode electrode material) is an anode electrode material. It should be understood that in practical applications, the first electrode material can also be an anode electrode material, while the second electrode material can be a cathode electrode material; this is not specifically limited here.

[0116] In practical applications, deviations may occur during the unwinding and feeding of the second electrode material. Therefore, the positional deviation of the second electrode material should also be considered when calculating the correction amount. Based on this, the correction mechanism also needs to obtain the positional distance difference of the second electrode material, specifically the distance difference between the actual composite position and the desired composite position.

[0117] The desired composite position of the aforementioned second electrode material is specifically the theoretical spatial position where the centerline of the coating of the first electrode material and the edge of the second electrode material composite, under conditions where no offset occurs. The actual composite position of the aforementioned second electrode material is specifically the actual position of the edge of the second electrode material. For easier understanding, please refer to... Figure 8 , Figure 8 This is a schematic diagram of the positional distance difference in some embodiments of this application, such as... Figure 8 As shown, the expected composite position 802 of the second electrode material is the theoretical spatial position where the center line of the coating of the first electrode material and the edge of the second electrode material are combined in a scenario where no offset occurs. The actual composite position 804 of the second electrode material is the actual position of the edge of the second electrode material. The distance difference 806 can be obtained by calculating the spatial distance between the expected composite position 802 and the actual composite position 804.

[0118] Step 306: Calculate the correction amount based on the smaller of the front coating width and the back coating width, specifically including the following steps:

[0119] Step 704: Determine the smaller value between the front coating width and the back coating width as the correction width.

[0120] Similar to the aforementioned embodiments, since the coating process on the front and back sides of the electrode material involves two steps, the widths of the coatings applied on the front and back sides are inconsistent. Therefore, the correction mechanism directly determines the smaller of the front and back coating widths as the correction width corresponding to the first electrode material. This correction width is the width required to correct the centerline position of the applied coating.

[0121] Step 706: Calculate the correction amount based on the correction width and the position distance difference.

[0122] The correction mechanism calculates the correction amount based on the correction width and the difference in positional distance. The specific method for calculating the correction amount based on the correction width and the difference in positional distance is shown in formula (1):

[0123]

[0124] Where P2 represents the correction amount, L3 represents the deviation width, P4 represents the desired recombination position of the second electrode material, and P5 represents the actual recombination position of the second electrode material. That is, (P4-P5) represents the position distance difference.

[0125] In this embodiment, since the determined correction width is the minimum width between the front coating width and the back coating width, and considering the distance difference between the actual composite position and the desired composite position of the second electrode material, the correction amount determined thereby can not only ensure that coatings with a width greater than the minimum width can also complete the correction, but also further considers the distance difference that may occur in the subsequent steps of composite. Therefore, the obtained correction amount is more in line with the actual situation, improving the reliability and feasibility of this solution.

[0126] According to some embodiments of this application, optionally, please refer to Figure 9 , Figure 9 This is a schematic flowchart illustrating the calculation of correction amounts in other embodiments of this application. It also includes the following steps:

[0127] Step 902: Obtain the initial correction direction of the first electrode material. The initial correction direction is the correction direction of the first electrode material and the desired composite position.

[0128] The correction mechanism first determines the desired composite position of the first electrode material. Specifically, the desired composite position of the first electrode material is the theoretical spatial position where the center line of the coating applied to the first electrode material and the edge of the second electrode material combine, assuming no displacement of the second electrode material. Furthermore, the correction mechanism can also determine the actual position of the center line of the coating applied to the first electrode material. Therefore, by combining the actual position of the center line of the coating applied to the first electrode material with the desired composite position, the required correction direction (i.e., the initial correction direction) is determined.

[0129] For easier understanding, please refer to Figure 10 , Figure 10This is a schematic diagram of the initial correction direction of the first electrode material in some embodiments of this application. The desired composite position 1002 of the first electrode material is the theoretical spatial position where the center line of the coating of the first electrode material and the edge of the second electrode material combine, assuming no offset of the second electrode material. The actual position 1004 of the center line of the coating of the first electrode material is determined by... Figure 10 It can be seen that the actual position 1004 of the center line of the coating of the first electrode material has shifted downward compared with the desired composite position 1002 of the first electrode material. Therefore, it needs to be adjusted upward to reach the desired composite position 1002. Thus, the initial correction direction 1006 can be determined.

[0130] Step 904: Obtain the desired correction direction of the second electrode material. The desired correction direction is the correction direction characterized by the positional relationship between the actual composite position of the second electrode material and the desired composite position. The desired correction direction is used to describe the direction in which the first electrode material is expected to perform correction.

[0131] The correction mechanism first determines the positional relationship between the actual composite position and the desired composite position of the second electrode material, and determines the direction in which the first electrode material is expected to be corrected, thereby obtaining the desired correction direction of the second electrode material. Specifically, the desired composite position of the second electrode material is the theoretical spatial position where the center line of the coating applied to the first electrode material and the edge of the second electrode material are combined, under the scenario where the second electrode material does not shift.

[0132] For easier understanding, please refer to Figure 11 , Figure 11 This is a schematic diagram illustrating the desired correction direction of the second electrode material in some embodiments of this application. The desired composite position 1102 of the first electrode material is the theoretical spatial position where the center line of the coating applied to the first electrode material and the edge of the second electrode material combine, assuming no displacement of the second electrode material. However, in practical applications, displacement may occur during the loading process of the second electrode material. Therefore, the actual composite position 1104 of the second electrode material is the actual position of the edge of the second electrode material. Figure 11 It can be seen that since the actual composite position 1104 of the second electrode material has shifted downward compared to the expected composite position of the second electrode material, the direction of the first electrode material to correct the bias should be to move closer to the actual composite position 1104 of the second electrode material, that is, to correct downward. Therefore, the expected correction direction 1106 can be determined.

[0133] Step 906: Determine the current correction direction based on the initial correction direction and the desired correction direction.

[0134] The corrective agency determines the current corrective direction from the initial corrective direction and the desired corrective direction.

[0135] Step 306, controlling the electrode material movement correction amount for correction, including:

[0136] Step 908: Control the electrode material and move the correction amount in the current correction direction to perform correction.

[0137] The control electrode material is moved by a correction amount in the current correction direction determined in step 906 to perform correction.

[0138] In this embodiment, by considering the positional relationship between the actual composite position and the desired composite position of the second electrode material, the current correction direction determined therefrom is more consistent with the actual situation between the actual composite position and the desired composite position. That is, the current correction direction determined by different positional relationships may be different, thereby ensuring that the correction direction for controlling the electrode material to perform correction can correspond to various different actual situations, ensuring that the correction direction is accurate and reliable, thereby improving the flexibility of correction and further improving the reliability of composite between electrode materials.

[0139] According to some embodiments of this application, optionally, please refer to Figure 12 , Figure 12 This is a schematic diagram of the process for determining the current correction direction in some embodiments of this application. Step 906, determining the current correction direction based on the initial correction direction and the desired correction direction, includes:

[0140] Step 1202: When the initial correction direction is the same as the desired correction direction, the initial correction direction is determined as the current correction direction.

[0141] If the initial correction direction is the same as the desired correction direction, it means that the offset direction of the second electrode material is the same as the correction direction of the first electrode material. Therefore, for the second electrode material, the first electrode material needs to be corrected in the desired correction direction, and the first electrode material also needs to be corrected in the initial correction direction. Thus, the correction mechanism can determine the initial correction direction (which is equivalent to the desired correction direction) as the current correction direction.

[0142] For easier understanding, please refer to Figure 13 , Figure 13This is a schematic diagram illustrating the correction direction in some embodiments of this application. The actual position 1304 of the centerline of the coating applied to the first electrode material is offset downwards compared to the desired composite position 1302 of the first electrode material. Therefore, it needs to be adjusted upwards to reach the desired composite position 1302, thus determining the initial correction direction 1306. Secondly, since the actual composite position 1308 of the second electrode material is offset upwards compared to the desired composite position of the second electrode material, the desired correction direction for the first electrode material is to move closer to the actual composite position 1308 of the second electrode material, i.e., upward correction. Therefore, the desired correction direction 1310 can be determined. At this time, the initial correction direction 1306 is the same as the desired correction direction 1310, therefore, the current correction direction can be determined as the initial correction direction 1306, i.e., upward correction.

[0143] In this embodiment, since the initial correction direction is the correction direction of the first electrode material and the desired composite position, when the initial correction direction is the same as the desired correction direction represented by the positional relationship, the correction is performed based on the initial correction direction to ensure the reliability of the correction.

[0144] According to some embodiments of this application, optionally, please refer to Figure 14 , Figure 14 This is a flowchart illustrating the process of determining the current correction direction in some other embodiments of this application. Step 906, determining the current correction direction based on the initial correction direction and the desired correction direction, includes:

[0145] Step 1402: When the initial correction direction is opposite to the desired correction direction and the position distance difference is less than or equal to the correction width, the initial correction direction is determined as the current correction direction.

[0146] When the initial correction direction is opposite to the desired correction direction, it indicates that the offset direction of the second electrode material is opposite to the correction direction of the first electrode material. Based on this, as can be seen from the aforementioned embodiments, the positional distance difference is the difference between the actual composite position and the desired composite position of the second electrode material, and the correction width is the smaller of the front coating width and the back coating width. Therefore, it is necessary to further determine the magnitude of the positional distance difference and the correction width, and to determine whether the required displacement of the first electrode material or the second electrode material is larger based on the positional distance difference and the correction width.

[0147] Based on this, when the difference in positional distance is less than or equal to the correction width, it indicates that the required displacement of the first electrode material is large. Therefore, the initial correction direction of the first electrode material is determined as the current correction direction. For easier understanding, please refer to... Figure 15 , Figure 15This is a schematic diagram illustrating the correction direction in some other embodiments of this application. The actual position 1504 of the centerline of the coating applied to the first electrode material is offset downwards compared to the desired composite position 1502 of the first electrode material. Therefore, it needs to be adjusted upwards to reach the desired composite position 1502. Thus, the initial correction direction 1506 can be determined, and the correction width 1508 of the first electrode material can be determined. Secondly, since the actual composite position 1510 of the second electrode material is offset downwards compared to the desired composite position of the second electrode material, for the second electrode material, the desired correction direction for the first electrode material should be closer to the actual composite position 1510 of the second electrode material, i.e., downward correction. Therefore, the desired correction direction 1512 can be determined.

[0148] At this point, the initial correction direction 1506 is opposite to the desired correction direction 1512. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the magnitude of the difference in positional distance 1514 between the correction width 1508 of the first electrode material and the second electrode material. Figure 15 It can be seen that the correction width 1508 is greater than the position distance difference 1514. Therefore, the current correction direction is determined to be the initial correction direction 1506, that is, upward correction.

[0149] In this embodiment, since the initial correction direction is the correction direction between the first electrode material and the desired composite position, when the initial correction direction is different from the desired correction direction represented by the positional relationship, it is necessary to further consider the distance difference between the actual composite position and the desired composite position of the second electrode material and the obtained correction width that needs to be corrected. If it is less than the distance difference, it means that the distance difference does not exceed the correction width, so it will not affect the initial correction direction. The correction is still based on the initial correction direction to ensure the reliability of the correction.

[0150] According to some embodiments of this application, optionally, please refer to Figure 16 , Figure 16 This is a flowchart illustrating the process of determining the current correction direction in some embodiments of this application. Step 906, based on the initial correction direction and the desired correction direction, determines the current correction direction, including:

[0151] Step 1602: When the initial correction direction is opposite to the desired correction direction and the difference in position distance is greater than the correction width, the desired correction direction is determined as the current correction direction.

[0152] When the initial correction direction is opposite to the desired correction direction, it indicates that the offset direction of the second electrode material is opposite to the correction direction of the first electrode material.

[0153] Based on this, when the difference in positional distance is greater than the correction width, it indicates that the required displacement of the second electrode material is large. Therefore, the desired correction direction of the second electrode material is determined as the current correction direction. For easier understanding, please refer to... Figure 17 , Figure 17 This is a schematic diagram illustrating the correction direction in some embodiments of this application. The actual position 1704 of the centerline of the coating applied to the first electrode material is offset downwards compared to the desired composite position 1702 of the first electrode material. Therefore, it needs to be adjusted upwards to reach the desired composite position 1702. Thus, the initial correction direction 1706 can be determined, and the correction width 1708 of the first electrode material can be determined. Secondly, since the actual composite position 1710 of the second electrode material is offset downwards compared to the desired composite position of the second electrode material, for the second electrode material, the desired correction direction for the first electrode material should be to move closer to the actual composite position 1710 of the second electrode material, i.e., downward correction. Therefore, the desired correction direction 1712 can be determined.

[0154] At this point, the initial correction direction 1706 is opposite to the desired correction direction 1712. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the magnitude of the difference in positional distance 1714 between the correction width 1708 of the first electrode material and the second electrode material. Figure 17 It can be seen that the correction width of 1708 is less than the position distance difference of 1714. Therefore, the current correction direction is determined to be the position distance difference of 1714, that is, downward correction.

[0155] In this embodiment, since the initial correction direction is the correction direction of the first electrode material and the desired composite position, when the initial correction direction is different from the desired correction direction represented by the positional relationship, it is necessary to further consider the distance difference between the actual composite position and the desired composite position of the second electrode material and the obtained correction width that needs to be corrected. If it is greater, it means that the distance difference has exceeded the correction width, that is, the influence of the distance difference on the correction direction is greater than the influence of the coating correction on the correction direction. At this time, the correction will be performed based on the desired correction direction to ensure the reliability of the correction.

[0156] According to some embodiments of this application, optionally, please refer to Figure 18 , Figure 18 This is a schematic flowchart illustrating the calculation of the correction amount in some embodiments of this application. Step 302: Obtain a front image and a back image of the electrode material, including:

[0157] Step 1802: Obtain a front image of the electrode cutting area in the electrode material and a back image of the electrode cutting area.

[0158] In practical applications, the electrode material is divided into multiple electrode cutting areas. These cutting areas correspond to the regions of the electrode units before the electrode material is cut by a cutter. (See also...) Figure 2 It can be seen that during the unwinding and feeding of electrode materials on the conveyor belt, the unwinding mechanism captures real-time images of the electrode materials using both the front and back cameras.

[0159] Based on this, a frontal image of the electrode cutting area is obtained by using a front-facing camera, and a back-facing image of the electrode cutting area is obtained by using a back-facing camera. Since both the front and back sides of the electrode material are coated, both the front and back sides of each electrode cutting area in the electrode material are also coated. Therefore, the front image of the electrode cutting area includes the image of the coating, and similarly, the back image of the electrode cutting area includes the image of the coating. The coatings applied to the front and back sides of the electrode cutting area are similar to those applied to the front and back sides of the electrode material, and will not be described in detail here.

[0160] Step 304: Perform coating width recognition on the front and back images respectively to determine the front and back coating widths of the electrode material, including:

[0161] Step 1804: Perform coating width recognition on the front image and the back image of the electrode cutting area to determine the front coating width and the back coating width of the electrode cutting area.

[0162] After capturing a frontal image of the electrode cropping area, the front camera identifies the coating width of the frontal image of the electrode cropping area. This frontal coating width is the minimum value of the coating width applied in the frontal image of the electrode cropping area. Similarly, after capturing a backal image of the electrode cropping area, the back camera identifies the coating width of the backal image of the electrode cropping area and determines the backal coating width of the electrode cropping area. This backal coating width is the minimum value of the coating width applied in the backal image of the electrode cropping area.

[0163] Step 306: Calculate the correction amount based on the smaller of the front coating width and the back coating width, and control the electrode material movement correction amount to perform correction, including:

[0164] Step 1806: Based on the smaller value between the front coating width and the back coating width of the electrode cutting area, calculate the correction amount of the electrode cutting area, control the electrode cutting area, and move the correction amount of the electrode cutting area to correct the deviation.

[0165] The correction mechanism obtains the front coating width and the back coating width from the front camera and the back camera, and calculates the correction amount based on the smaller of the two coating widths. Based on this, only the electrode cutting area in the electrode material is controlled, and the correction amount corresponding to the electrode cutting area is moved to correct the position. By controlling the electrode cutting area to move the corresponding correction amount, the maximum distance between the coating center line of the electrode unit obtained after cutting by the cutter and the edge line of another electrode unit is less than a preset threshold, further avoiding the problem of contact between the cathode and anode.

[0166] It should be understood that the method for calculating the correction amount of the electrode cutting area is similar to the method for calculating the correction amount in the aforementioned embodiments, and will not be repeated here.

[0167] In this embodiment, by correcting the deviation of an electrode cutting area in the electrode material, since the front and back of the electrode cutting area are coated, the composite based on the electrode cutting area can avoid the problem of short circuit caused by contact between the cathode and the anode. Furthermore, it is more in line with the actual application scenario of correcting the deviation of each electrode cutting area in the first electrode material, thereby improving the feasibility and practical application effect of this solution while ensuring the reliability of the deviation correction.

[0168] According to some embodiments of this application, optionally, please refer to Figure 19 , Figure 19 This is a schematic diagram illustrating the process of obtaining laminated battery cells according to some embodiments of this application. Specifically, it includes the following steps:

[0169] Step 1902: Cut the first electrode material after correction according to the electrode cutting area to obtain the first electrode unit. The maximum distance between the center line of the edge coating of the first electrode unit and the edge line of the second electrode unit is less than a preset threshold. The second electrode unit is obtained by cutting the second electrode material.

[0170] Specifically, the cutter is controlled to cut the first electrode material after correction according to the electrode cutting area to obtain the first electrode unit. At this time, the maximum distance between the center line of the edge coating of the first electrode unit and the edge line of the second electrode unit is less than a preset threshold. The second electrode unit is obtained by cutting the second electrode material. For easier understanding, please refer to [link to documentation]. Figure 20 , Figure 20This is a schematic diagram illustrating the cutting process used to obtain a first electrode unit in some embodiments of this application. The cutter 2002 is controlled to cut the first electrode material after correction according to the electrode cutting area 2004 to obtain the first electrode unit 2006.

[0171] The preset threshold is 0.3 mm, meaning that the tolerance range of the edge line of the second electrode unit being located near the center line of the edge coating of the first electrode unit is -0.3 mm to 0.3 mm.

[0172] Step 1904: Control the composite roller to stack the first electrode unit and the second electrode unit to obtain a stacked battery cell.

[0173] Specifically, see again Figure 2 By controlling the composite roller to stack the first electrode unit and the second electrode unit, a stacked battery cell is obtained.

[0174] In this embodiment, since the maximum distance between the center line of the edge coating of the first electrode unit and the edge line of the second electrode unit is less than a preset threshold, that is, the specific value between the center lines is within the acceptable error range, the stacked cell obtained by stacking can ensure that the coated cathode and anode do not directly contact each other, avoid short circuits and other problems in the stacked cell, and ensure the reliability of the obtained stacked cell, that is, ensure the usable quality of the stacked cell.

[0175] According to some embodiments of this application, optionally, please refer to Figure 20 , Figure 20 This is a schematic diagram illustrating the electrode material replacement process in some embodiments of this application. Specifically, it includes the following steps:

[0176] Step 2002: Determine the smaller value between the front coating width and the back coating width of the electrode cutting area as the correction width of the electrode cutting area.

[0177] Since the coating process for the front and back sides of the electrode cutting area is a two-stage manufacturing process, in order to ensure that the smaller of the determined front and back coating widths can accurately describe the smaller of the coating widths on the front and back sides of the electrode cutting area, the minimum width of the coating applied at each position on the front and back sides should be used as the corresponding coating width when determining the front and back coating widths.

[0178] Step 2004: When the correction width of the electrode cutting area is less than the minimum correctable width, or when the correction width of the electrode cutting area is greater than the maximum correctable width, the electrode cutting area is determined as an unqualified electrode cutting area.

[0179] In practical applications, when the required correction width for the electrode cutting area is too large or too small, it becomes impossible to properly correct the electrode cutting area. In other words, after correction, the distance between the center line of the first electrode unit and the edge line of the second electrode unit obtained after cutting will not meet the requirements. Therefore, when the correction width of the electrode cutting area is less than the minimum correctable width, or greater than the maximum correctable width, the electrode cutting area is determined to be a defective electrode cutting area. The coatings applied to both sides of the defective electrode cutting area cannot be adjusted to the required position through correction.

[0180] The standard value for the coating width applied in the electrode cutting area is 2.5 mm, and the coating width ranges from 2.3 mm to 2.7 mm. Furthermore, the minimum correctable width is 1.6 mm, and the maximum correctable width is 3 mm.

[0181] Step 2006: If the total area of the defective electrode cutting area in the electrode material is greater than the maximum defective area, an electrode material replacement alarm is issued.

[0182] If the total area of the defective electrode cutting area in the electrode material is greater than the maximum defective area, it indicates that the coating width applied to the edge of the electrode material is abnormal. In order to avoid the consumption of electrode material, the feeding will be stopped and an electrode material replacement alarm will be issued so that the electrode material can be replaced. The process will continue until the material is replaced and the process is restarted.

[0183] It should be understood that in practical applications, if multiple consecutive defective electrode cutting areas are detected in the electrode material, and the number of consecutive defects exceeds the maximum number of abnormalities, it can also be determined that the coating width at the edge of the electrode material is abnormal, thus triggering an electrode material replacement alarm. The specific method for issuing an electrode material replacement alarm is not limited here.

[0184] In this embodiment, when the correction width of the electrode cutting area is not within the correctable range (i.e., from the minimum correctable width to the maximum correctable width), it means that even if the electrode cutting area is corrected, it cannot be guaranteed that the coating applied to the corrected electrode cutting area will prevent direct contact between the cathode and the anode. Therefore, an electrode material replacement alarm needs to be issued to remind the electrode material to be replaced in order to reduce the waste of electrode material.

[0185] According to some embodiments of this application, optionally, please refer to Figure 21 , Figure 21 This is a schematic diagram illustrating the process of correcting the electrode cutting area according to some embodiments of this application. Specifically, it includes the following steps:

[0186] Step 2102: Determine the motor correction parameters based on the moving speed of the electrode material.

[0187] The correction mechanism obtains the moving speed of the electrode material and determines the motor correction parameters based on the moving speed of the electrode material. The motor correction parameters specifically include a first correction parameter (P), a second correction parameter (I), and a third correction parameter (D), and the correspondence between the motor correction parameters and the moving speed is preset.

[0188] Specifically, in this embodiment, when the moving speed of the electrode material is less than 5 meters per minute (m / min), the preset motor correction parameters are P = 0.1, I = 14, and D = 0.8. Secondly, when the moving speed of the electrode material is between 5 m / min and 10 m / min, the preset motor correction parameters are P = 0.37, I = 58, and D = 0.7. Thirdly, when the moving speed of the electrode material is between 10 m / min and 20 m / min, the preset motor correction parameters are P = 0.5, I = 30, and D = 0.3.

[0189] Step 1806: Control the electrode cutting area and move the correction amount of the electrode cutting area to perform correction, including:

[0190] Step 2104: Based on the correction amount of the electrode cutting area and the motor correction parameters, determine the motor correction displacement of the correction motor. The correction motor is used to control the tilt angle of the conveyor belt. When the conveyor belt is in a tilted state, the electrode material it carries will shift in position as the conveyor belt moves. The correction amount of the electrode cutting area is positively correlated with the tilt degree of the conveyor belt.

[0191] The correction mechanism determines the motor correction displacement of the correction motor based on the correction amount of the electrode cutting area and the motor correction parameters. Specifically, the motor correction displacement of the correction motor is determined by formula (2):

[0192]

[0193] Where L is the motor correction displacement of the correction motor, e(t) is the correction amount of the pole cutting area, P is the first correction parameter, I is the second correction parameter, and D is the third correction parameter.

[0194] Specifically, the correction motor is used to control the tilt angle of the conveyor belt. When the conveyor belt is tilted, the electrode material it carries will shift position as the conveyor belt moves. The amount of correction in the electrode cutting area is positively correlated with the degree of tilt of the conveyor belt.

[0195] Step 2106: Control the correction motor to move according to the motor correction displacement, so that the electrode cutting area moves in the correction direction by the correction amount of the electrode cutting area to perform position correction.

[0196] Because the conveyor belt is tilted, the electrode material it carries will shift position as the conveyor belt moves. Therefore, the correction mechanism controls the correction motor to move according to the motor correction displacement. By controlling the tilt angle of the conveyor belt through the correction motor, the electrode cutting area will shift position in the correction direction as the conveyor belt moves, thereby moving the correction amount of the electrode cutting area to correct its position.

[0197] In this embodiment, when considering the motor correction displacement of the correction motor used to control the tilt angle of the conveyor belt, the relationship between the moving speed of the electrode material and the motor correction parameters is introduced to ensure that the obtained motor correction displacement better matches the actual operating conditions of the stacking machine. Based on this, by controlling the correction motor to move according to the motor correction displacement, the electrode cutting area is shifted in position as the conveyor belt moves, thereby performing position correction. This makes the position correction in this solution more consistent with the actual operating conditions of the stacking machine.

[0198] According to some embodiments of this application, optionally, please refer to Figure 22 , Figure 22 This is a flowchart illustrating the process of determining the correction displacement of the correction motor according to some embodiments of this application. Specifically, it includes the following steps:

[0199] Step 2202: Obtain the preset displacement of the correction motor.

[0200] The correction mechanism obtains the preset displacement of the correction motor. The preset displacement is the amount of displacement that the correction motor needs to move to correct the deviation of 1mm.

[0201] Step 2104, based on the correction amount of the electrode cutting area and the motor correction parameters, determine the motor correction displacement of the correction motor, including:

[0202] Step 2204: Determine the correction displacement of the correction motor based on the correction amount of the electrode cutting area, the preset displacement of the correction motor, and the motor correction parameters.

[0203] Since the correction amount of 1mm requires the displacement of the correction motor, the correction mechanism is specifically based on the correction amount of the electrode cutting area and the preset displacement of the correction motor. Furthermore, the correction displacement of the correction motor is determined by considering the motor correction parameters.

[0204] In this embodiment of the application, in practical applications, it is also necessary to consider the need to preset the displacement amount to ensure that the calculated motor correction displacement conforms to the actual configuration of the correction motor, thereby improving the reliability and accuracy of the determined correction displacement.

[0205] According to some embodiments of this application, optionally, please refer to Figure 23 , Figure 23 This is a schematic diagram illustrating the process of controlling the correction motor to move according to the motor correction displacement in some embodiments of this application. Specifically, it includes the following steps:

[0206] Step 2302: Determine the capture time of the front and back images of the electrode cropping area.

[0207] The correction mechanism determines the shooting time of the front-facing camera capturing the front image of the electrode cropping area and the shooting time of the back-facing camera capturing the back image of the electrode cropping area. Generally speaking, the shooting time of the front image is the same as the shooting time of the back image.

[0208] For example, the front-facing camera captures the front image of cropped area A1 at 15:40:01, and the rear-facing camera captures the back image of cropped area A1 at 15:40:01. Conversely, the front-facing camera captures the front image of cropped area A2 at 15:40:03, and the rear-facing camera captures the back image of cropped area A2 at 15:40:03.

[0209] Step 2304: Determine the target time when the electrode cutting area reaches the correction position based on the moving speed of the electrode material and the shooting time.

[0210] Since the distances between the front and rear cameras and the correction mechanism are fixed, the target time when the electrode cutting area reaches the correction position can be calculated based on the moving speed of the electrode material and the shooting time.

[0211] Step 2106, controlling the correction motor to move according to the motor correction displacement, including:

[0212] Step 2306: At the target time, the correction motor moves according to the motor correction displacement based on the control.

[0213] When the correction mechanism reaches the target position in the electrode cutting area, it moves the correction motor according to the motor's correction displacement.

[0214] In this embodiment, the target time when the electrode cutting area reaches the correction position is determined by the image capture time and the unwinding speed. Thus, in the actual correction process, the electrode cutting area in the first electrode material is specifically corrected at the arrival time. That is, the time for position correction of each electrode cutting area in the first electrode material is different, and the correction amount may also be different, so as to ensure the reliability of position correction.

[0215] According to some embodiments of this application, optionally, please refer to Figure 24 , Figure 24 This is a schematic diagram illustrating the process of controlling the correction motor to move according to the motor correction displacement in other embodiments of this application. Specifically, it includes the following steps:

[0216] Step 2402: Obtain the corresponding area identifier for each electrode cutting area of the electrode material.

[0217] The correction mechanism obtains that each electrode cutting area has a corresponding area identifier. For example, electrode cutting area A1 corresponds to area identifier 1, electrode cutting area A2 corresponds to area identifier 2, and electrode cutting area A3 corresponds to area identifier 3.

[0218] Step 2104, based on the correction amount of the electrode cutting area and the motor correction parameters, determine the motor correction displacement of the correction motor, including:

[0219] Step 2404: If the area marker corresponding to the electrode cutting area is detected at the correction position, the motor correction displacement of the correction motor is determined based on the correction amount of the electrode cutting area and the motor correction parameters.

[0220] The correction mechanism will also detect the area marker in real time at the correction position. If the area marker corresponding to the electrode cutting area is detected, the correction displacement of the correction motor will be determined based on the correction amount of the electrode cutting area and the motor correction parameters.

[0221] For example, if the correction mechanism detects region identifier 1, then based on the correction amount of the electrode cutting area A1 corresponding to region identifier 1 and the motor correction parameters, the motor correction displacement of the correction motor is determined. Similarly, if the correction mechanism detects region identifier 2, then based on the correction amount of the electrode cutting area A2 corresponding to region identifier 2 and the motor correction parameters, the motor correction displacement of the correction motor is determined.

[0222] In this embodiment of the application, during the actual correction process, the electrode cutting area is identified by the corresponding area identifier of each electrode cutting area, and the position correction of the electrode cutting area is performed based on this. This provides another specific method for position correction, which improves the reliability of correction and also enhances the flexibility of the solution.

[0223] According to some embodiments of this application, see Figure 25 , Figure 25 This is a schematic diagram illustrating the overall process of the correction method according to some embodiments of this application. Specifically, it includes the following steps:

[0224] Step 2502: Obtain a front image of the electrode cutting area in the electrode material and a back image of the electrode cutting area.

[0225] The front image of the electrode cutting area is obtained by taking a front-facing camera, and the back image of the electrode cutting area is obtained by taking a back-facing camera.

[0226] Step 2504: Perform coating width recognition on the front image and the back image of the electrode cutting area to determine the front coating width and the back coating width of the electrode cutting area.

[0227] After capturing a frontal image of the electrode cropping area, the front camera identifies the coating width of the frontal image of the electrode cropping area.

[0228] Step 2506: Determine the smaller value between the front coating width and the back coating width of the electrode cutting area as the correction width of the electrode cutting area.

[0229] Since the coating process for the electrode material involves two steps, the widths of the coatings applied to the front and back sides are inconsistent. Therefore, the correction mechanism directly determines the smaller of the front and back coating widths as the correction width corresponding to the electrode cutting area. This correction width is the width required to correct the centerline position of the applied coating.

[0230] Step 2508: Obtain the positional distance difference of the second electrode material.

[0231] In practical applications, deviations may occur during the unwinding and feeding of the second electrode material. Therefore, the positional deviation of the second electrode material should also be considered when calculating the correction amount. Based on this, the correction mechanism also needs to obtain the positional distance difference of the second electrode material, specifically the distance difference between the actual composite position and the desired composite position.

[0232] Step 2510: Calculate the correction amount of the electrode cutting area based on the correction width and positional distance difference of the electrode cutting area.

[0233] The correction mechanism calculates the correction amount of the electrode cutting area based on the correction width and positional distance difference of the electrode cutting area using the aforementioned formula (1).

[0234] Step 2512: Obtain the initial correction direction of the electrode cutting area and the desired correction direction of the second electrode material.

[0235] The method by which the correction mechanism first obtains the initial correction direction of the electrode cutting area and the desired correction direction of the second electrode material is similar to that in the previous embodiment, and will not be repeated here.

[0236] Step 2514: Determine the current correction direction of the electrode cutting area based on the initial correction direction and the desired correction direction of the electrode cutting area.

[0237] The correction mechanism determines the current correction direction from the initial correction direction and the desired correction direction, and the specific implementation method is similar to the aforementioned embodiments, so it will not be repeated here.

[0238] Step 2516: Determine the motor correction parameters based on the moving speed of the electrode material.

[0239] The correction mechanism acquires the moving speed of the electrode material and determines the motor correction parameters based on the moving speed of the electrode material. The motor correction parameters specifically include a first correction parameter (P), a second correction parameter (I), and a third correction parameter (D), and the correspondence between the motor correction parameters and the moving speed is preset. The aforementioned correspondence is similar to that in the previous embodiment and will not be repeated here.

[0240] Step 2518: Based on the correction amount of the electrode cutting area and the motor correction parameters, determine the motor correction displacement of the correction motor.

[0241] Specifically, the motor correction displacement of the correction motor is determined by formula (2) based on the correction amount of the electrode cutting area and the motor correction parameters.

[0242] Step 2520: Control the correction motor to move according to the motor correction displacement, so that the electrode cutting area moves the correction amount of the electrode cutting area in the current correction direction to perform position correction.

[0243] Because the conveyor belt is tilted, the electrode material it carries will shift position as the conveyor belt moves.

[0244] Step 2522: Cut the first electrode material after correction according to the electrode cutting area to obtain the first electrode unit.

[0245] The cutter is controlled to cut the first electrode material after correction according to the electrode cutting area to obtain the first electrode unit. At this time, the maximum distance between the center line of the edge coating of the first electrode unit and the edge line of the second electrode unit is less than a preset threshold. The second electrode unit is obtained by cutting the second electrode material.

[0246] Step 2524: Control the composite roller to stack the first electrode unit and the second electrode unit to obtain a stacked battery cell.

[0247] Specifically, see again Figure 2 By controlling the composite roller to stack the first electrode unit and the second electrode unit, a stacked battery cell is obtained.

[0248] Step 2526: When the correction width of the electrode cutting area is less than the minimum correctable width, or when the correction width of the electrode cutting area is greater than the maximum correctable width, the electrode cutting area is determined as an unqualified electrode cutting area.

[0249] When the required correction width for the electrode cutting area is too large or too small, it becomes impossible to properly correct the electrode cutting area.

[0250] Step 2528: If the total area of the defective electrode cutting area in the electrode material is greater than the maximum defective area, an electrode material replacement alarm is issued.

[0251] If the total area of the defective electrode cutting area in the electrode material is greater than the maximum defective area, it indicates that the coating width applied to the edge of the electrode material is abnormal. In order to avoid the consumption of electrode material, the feeding will be stopped and an electrode material replacement alarm will be issued so that the electrode material can be replaced. The process will continue until the material is replaced and the process is restarted.

[0252] It should be understood that in practical applications, if multiple consecutive defective electrode cutting areas are detected in the electrode material, and the number of consecutive defects exceeds the maximum number of abnormalities, it can also be determined that the coating width at the edge of the electrode material is abnormal, thus triggering an electrode material replacement alarm. The specific method for issuing an electrode material replacement alarm is not limited here.

[0253] Based on the same inventive concept, this application also provides a correction device for implementing the correction method described above. The solution provided by this device is similar to the solution described in the above method; therefore, the specific limitations in one or more correction device embodiments provided below can be found in the limitations of the correction method described above, and will not be repeated here.
